I found it on SourceForge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/galacticmilieu/files/GRouPcoin/

The latest version from there is working fine for me.

No, I believe you cannot use the same userid, therefore you don't need to and you can't.

You must create a new userid.
can I take the same addresses with the new userid?
Yes, you can use the same addresses with multiple accounts.

Well i can not get it to work

Somehow some coins not show up while the other new do, so its a mess if i mine on the new i do not see btc being mined and not see any shares being added Sad
Its sad that its not possible to just add a new coin on the same userid, this would have made it much simpler and less trouble.

So I have a Knc Jupiter (400+ GH) on order and coming(hopefully) in Mid to Late Sept..

I am looking for a Pool to use and wanted to look at ones that have Merged mining..

It sounds like this one might be a good one to try...

Knc Needs our Pool Info as they will pre Config and test each unit AND during the 24 to 36 hour burn in the Payout will go to me..

So I am about to setup an account here..

Anyone have any advise, suggestions Info on mining here?   I dont know a lot about Merged mining But assume my knc miner will work here..

  Thanks!

I've noticed the last 2 rounds have been quite long (19+ hours).  Is this purely luck?

It should work fine on the stratum server. If you have any issues feel free to post here and someone will try and help.

I compiled from source on Linux. I think you could compile it under Windows with MinGW, but unfortunately I don't know of any binaries.

Ditto; I'm interested in sell my coins to someone.  However, if no one wants them, I suppose donating them to the pool may be best.

Having to maintain multiple Alt Coin Wallets etc....  is so ‘Early 2013”.   Grin

Are there any plans for this pool to someday offer an Auto Exchange to BTC like a few other pools are starting to offer?   That would be great and of course the Pool Managers could charge a small fee for this Auto Exchange service thus another way they could earn money..

In case of merged mining I don't see why the pool would do it.
However, it could be a service dedicated to automatically exchanging the coins.
I'm not sure it's really needed, all my addresses except Bitcoin go on Cryptsy, and I log on once a week to dump.

I am glad you broght that up.. So I can have all my address(except for Bitcoin) setup on Cryptsy and I can mine to those address?  And thus dont have to run the Wallets for them on my PC?

I must have spent 2 hrs yesterday messing with that damn Cmd line Nameoin Wallet and was about ready to thorw my PC out the wondow..

I did not know you could mine directly to places like Cryptsy

Never mine to an exchange! Someone should make a service though on cryptsy api, but run their own daemons.

Yes, you can.
Of course, there are risks, if Cryptsy disappears or loses its keys, the addresses won't work.
p2pools have issues with that method however.

Doesn't look like Cryptsy has Groupcoin

Cool..  Thanks for that Info..  Namecoin was the only one I was having trouble with setting up so I will use Cryptsy for that I guess..  But I can see the dangers of doing this as you guys noted..

I still REALLY like the Auto Exchange to BTC and hope this pool would consider it..   Just for really busy people it comes in handy not having to manage and excnage all the different coins but have the pool do it and just send you the BTC for them..    I would for sure pay an Auto Exchange Fee to have this at this pool..
