Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

No one can send their coins to or from Mintpal and Bittrex - that poses a problem because when they eventually can send those coins the sheer enormity of ICO holders wanting to get out at 518 will knock the buy wall over within minutes. It MUST be bigger or we will go down to 460 and test that. 1500 BTC of coin bought around 500 and only 31 BTC of support. Need some BTC whales to bolster it!

Seriously. It is good that everything has stopped until the problem is resolved. Too lazy to explain right now, but think about it for 10 seconds and you'll know what I'm talking about.

I thought the new wallet resolved the problems.  Are there still issues?

Old not updated nodes / pools causing issues.

What nodes are added in your conf file?  (without having to download new file, we don't know.)

Order depth on Mintpal is huge.

That is because of a single 50 wall , but this is only one of the former 4 that were near or over 200 btc.

About the refund, if ppl sold the syscoins, can they get refund?

Normally you only get a refund when you bring back the product , s they will ave to bring back the coins.
Of course if sys drops to 300 it would be easy to ask for a refund and then buy back cheaper.

If they sold they won't get refund because there is nothing to refund. Also many people sold for 1000+ prices.

It's really funny how the IRC coinmarkets cartel is trying to kill Syscoin.

Yeah same fuckfaces who were pumping VIA and RZR – no shame, no dignity

VIA is great btw (although long term) they've got Tedd.. but I know what you are referring to, I would re-look into VIA serious I am in the hundred's there so 0 manipulation from me, re-look for the sake of technology and interesting particular implementation of a "chain-tree" (Smart contracts) although we shall see how legal arm of gov will try to regulate heck out of it, hopefully not

meantime, and lol, after 3 huge Titan like machines were plowing thru SYS (less now, but they took serious % from one pool) I managed like ~ 500 SYS, went on bittrex and tried to see what 0.005 BTC can buy you and it can buy you now approx 1000  SYS, I will mine some more , there are just soooo many coins in max but I do like idea of market place A LOT

and syncing wallet with this (thank you!) stuck on 1759 so dont see +400 from 100 I did last night (I am sure it is broken nodes that causing havoc and pools not updating, although I saw twitter message from dev here..about that)

addnode=76.25.201.234:8369
addnode=67.253.247.113:8369
addnode=node.syscoin.me:6369

actually, yeah , I dont think billion coin max was the right choice but that is just me, otherwise I hope market will forgive what transpired in the last few days..

can we either get some nodes that don't case the problem with the block chain or new source code?

I have many people wanting to mine this coin on my pool and using the new source code and the new nodes supplied I and many other get this:

Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade."

using these:

addnode=76.25.201.234:8369
addnode=67.253.247.113:8369
addnode=node.syscoin.me:6369

at present situation where the wallet once started synched then closed, restarted will sometime just stay in the system tray. until i have to end the process through taskmgr and run delete Syscoin folder from appdata then start wallet again and resync. but a few times it worked without closing the wallet.

Right now on 2135th block. This is second release of wallet within 24 hours. Which still has some issues. While the coins are stuck and no where for past 24+ hours. Its just nice that I have no time to be online at launch and run around for news. But now its getting annoying that we have to keep waiting for some "updates" from developers who will fix. I hope the blockchain is not stuck again.

At current situation I will not sell any Syscoins, rather take my refund from Moolah and leave. I was pretty much first amazed that you have worked very hard (for months) to deliver these features. I will just be keeping an eye here if you can deliver the features I'll stay around here, if you cannot I might look for a refund because I have to trade at other places. waited almost a month for launch of syscoin.

Regards

NOTE for windows.. I have uploaded a conf file with two nodes.. Also updated the zip file (wallet) with this conf.

If you are having issues.

Best way to do it is.
1. BACKUP wallet.dat..
2. Clean out data folder.. Leave wallet.dat there
3. Add the syscoin.conf file to the data folder.
4. Restart wallet and LEAVE it open..

Details are :
syscoin.conf : https://mega.co.nz/#!OFIRgRRI!tyhVLCaKeZL0nBzf0e2s_JODXUu4qwehXqEkr12eGBg
QT-Wallet.zip (new conf file) : https://mega.co.nz/#!LEwEhSqI!DjSyUEnNab8Xsj8mxTGTFfhbkOX3_3vNV76NHxGz8FE

Please dont use any other conf files at the moment (Or addnode lists you see around the place, these could be old nodes not updated).
Let me know how you get on.

IF YOU HAVE ISSUES USE THIS, WORK
