We are in a terrible entry point gents.. the ico was a complete fail. We have gained nothing by being early investors.. no advantage what so ever. I suggest you dump what you can and rebuy at a new much lower entry. Good luck guys, Thank god I bought at 700 and sold to unlucky chaps at 1010..

Best solution that could save the coin? After getting the escrowed funds place it all at 518 satoshi level. Really, anyone who wants to exit could exit and the rest will be left for the development.

so... my question apparently got lost in the lawsuit discussion. Lets try again....

For those of us that had a transaction in progress before all this and had our SYS "trapped in transit" on the blockchain, will we be getting our coins back and how will we go about this? I had 9k SYS in transit from Bittrex to C-Cex that never arrived. How will these situations be addressed?

i also have the same problem. and i have 300k stuck

If nothing else, I'll help with that when it all gets sorted. But honestly there's a dozen guys working behind the scenes on the code right now that could also easily solve this problem. I know it's worrysome, but this can be fixed without too much trouble once the network is sorted out.

Mind, this only applies to coins you had before everything started forking. Coins minted after the forking, or transferred *to* you after the forking (not imported from moolah) might not be recoverable.

Edited: this problem can't be sorted 'right now', it can be sorted out once everyone's on the right chain, which is what's getting fixed right now.

I initiated the transfer around 7:00 a.m. central time yesterday. and I screenshot both exchanges and the blockchain info. I'm good on this?

@devs & Moolah

Considering the 48-hour mediation/arbitration...  you need to make arrangements for us investors that are NOT interested in a refund.

Just buy up all the syscoin

First of all, I didn't invest in this coin.  But I was able to solo mine some.  The only way for this to play out is for the DEVs to fix the coin. Otherwise someone is going to be holding the bag.

There are people that took their ICO and sold it, they should get a refund?
There are people that bought coins on exchanges, they don't get a refund?
The only fair was is for Moolah to sell BTC for SYS at a set amount.  Everyone screaming I want a refund and has SYS is just hoping to double dip.
They would have to kill off the coin totally, leaving people who bought on exchanges holding bags.

The only way is to make the coin work!!

I think this is more then fair. I'm not even completely upset about losing my investment, I can afford it but seeing all that btc going to the devs after this is a slap in the face. All escrow funds at 518 is fair!!

Reading all this fud is funny. Chill out people. You act like you invested 100 bitcoins in actuality you tried to get in early on the gravy train and because sys didn't triple in 3 hours so you could dump your coins on everyone else, you all cry. HAHA

Go to the store and by a lottery ticket and shut up. If you are not familiar with the risks with cryptos, go back to bed and mom will call when dinner is ready.

All this talk of petitions and lawsuits is so silly.  All we can do at this point is to wait.  What, you're going to pay a lawyer $5,000 minimum to mitigate for 2BTC?  C'mon! Roll Eyes

The proper solution would be for the escrow company to put a deadline on the coin being up and properly running or you refund the thousands of dollars you took on the IPO. I will not sell my IPO into the market just so the dev team can walk away with all the money they collected and kill the coin.

The only thing i have seen since the blockchain messed up is the development team not keeping people updated until they absolutely have to. Does the team even know what they are doing? The team speaks of all this development that they did before the coin was launched but now i think they are only trying to get things patched up enough to get their IPO money and run.

Umm, that's what's happening.  Moolah gave the devs until Wednesday 12:00p.m. GMT.

Honestly this thread should be locked until the devs get this fixed. Everyone is crying like a baby. Just be patient.

+1, too many kids

I suggested this yesterday, seems like the best thing to do is to just lock this thread.  People are so fricken ridiculous!!

Problem with this is it needs a working blockchain to work.  There are people with coins in transit, coins in a wallet, and coins not even imported yet.  If they coins can't get there how are people going to cash them in.

Yeah, exactly........the dev team should be more concerned with responding to all this bullshit rather than focusing on fixing the problems.  ROTFL........good one dude.  How bout everyone chill the f out, take a break and come back in a couple days.  Has ANY of this chatter helped the situation at all.....has any of it helped any of the investors, so stupid!

they took thousands in IPO. You would think they could hire a Public Relations person to deal with the people. Most shitcoins at least have a P.R. guy.
