I really not aware of what you guys worry about, this is a new coin with completely new features, every new software will have bugs after the first release, even Windows, Oracle etc, but they will mature gradually, bug will be fixed one by one, by the way, I am a Senior Development Engineer Tester working in Microsoft.

I've been a producer on development side in the games industry for 15 years and I can tell you now if I had sent a release to publisher that I called a Beta and it was like this I would have been fired long ago.

BINTEX

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

so much FUD here, the coin has enourmus potential, the devs looking legit and they made a hard-fork!

therefore DO NOT USE OTHER NODES THEN PROVIDED BY THE DEVS!

I haven't seen any nodes provided by the devs, and that annoys me. They should surely have set up their own seed nodes for the launch not left everyone adding random nodes from the forum posts of people they don't know.

i have seen in the original post a node-list, please can a team member of syscoin confirm that this list is uptodate (which i think)?

I'm out for now with a nice profit and letting this rest for a while. Too volatile with all these 1 day noob traders. When dust settles I'll buy back in for a bright future. But short term this thing can go to 50 satoshi or 1000 satoshi, who knows...

Yes, some people had nice profits and others were stuck.

Trading should have been disabled immediately. Everything was wrong with such a launch

why do you people so negotive?

People want to get their coins to exchanges quickly. Buy support is not guaranteed, it will last only some time. There will be no refunds. This is why we should be nervous. Many people wasted many hours getting their wallets going and syncing

This is A STRAIGHTFORWARD FUD.

How do you know there willl be no refunds???

This will be suicide for Moolah and Mintpal.

They have the 1500 BTC in Escrow. Anybody who gives back the SYS will get 518 sat (at buy price). Then they win nothing but lose nothing either.
If they don't get money back at failure (RIGHT NOW THERE IS NO FAILURE, but some temporary setback!), they will lose their image and most probably very few people will want to do business with them afterwards.
Is their company Moolah/Mintpal worth 1500BTC???

So, keep your cool, and I predict as soon as wallets everywhere are fixed and some weak hands dump which is inevitable, we will touch 4 digits pretty soon!

In software development, generally we have Unit testing, Alpha testing, Beta testing, SIT, UAT, every testing phase we will find many bugs, but after its release, user still can find bugs too, they we will have warranty release to fix these bugs, I don't think DEV has enough resource and environment to do these testing, it is understandable. If you are a developer or tester engaged in a big software development, you will understand what I said, software development is not a game, it is very complicated.

2339 now.
Though windows wallet needs to be setup again and again for it to work. Close and restart it, wallet goes for a toss. It will be stuck in the icon mode.  Been over 12+hrs without a fix.  Cry

OK, but you WILL get your money back at 518 if they fail to provide what they promised. And it will be clearly visible what they've done.
I know that people are impatient and there will be a lot of FUD because of this in this thread. But this is life. Either you have strong nerves, or don't trade Cryptocurrency. I would bet this coin will be much better than mostly anything you have seen so far.

BTW I am synced at block 2339. So it is moving. Go dump your SYS to me Smiley

1. Stop writing in color, your arguments don't get more legit through that
2. These guys want 1500 BTC for their work. They should get it at least working on release. Not having a working wallet on release and advertising with "business on block chain" with a not working block chain, is shit. No business partner would accept that in real world.
