Instead of waisting money on buy walls why don't you give early investors an incentive for believing in your plans before fumbling the launch, some extra coins? Like a thanks for believing in us when we screwed up the lauch type scenario, ya know?
Whatever dev does, you feel it is negative. Nothing can satisfy you .. please gtfo

Stop kissing Ass, and stop falling in love with a coin, that's how people get burnt. It's real simple, this is an investment to make $$money$$ nothing more. The devs have been doing their best to fix things but they did drop the ball, don't you think? I'm not going to praise them when my money and time is on the line a neither should you. What don't you understand, your ico entry point is gone!! You waisted time pre purchasing when the general public now has a better position, are you taking crazy pills? I believe we deserve something for their colossal screw up, don't you?

This is crypto, only invest into a coin if you are prepared to loose them ALL. I was prepared.. did you?
Anyway, I agree with you about dev dropped the ball on launch but so what? They fixed the issue and let's forget about the past. You just continue to complain about EVERYTHING.. does that help ? Are you being constructive? Simple answer is no. You are just trying to get everyone's attention.

My ICO entry point is not gone.. I already sold at 750 and re-buy at 500..a few times.. therefore my investment already increaesed by about 20-30% as a noob trader!

You are just bag holding your coins and afraid to do anything with it. Syscoin's wave is great to surf on.. learn to sell high and buy low..

I wish I could still be riding the Syscoin wave, but damn is the market moving slow right now. Hard to buy low and sell high on a standstill...

You want to use it like a commodity, it seems. In the short to medium term at most. An investment is for the long term.

If you want to call yourself an investor, then think and act like one. You should have considered the risk of a glitched launch, possible scammery on the part of the devs, possible IMMEDIATE drop in market value, blah blah blah ... ad nauseum.

What you are asking for is to be put on welfare. Already.

Instead of waisting money on buy walls why don't you give early investors an incentive for believing in your plans before fumbling the launch, some extra coins? Like a thanks for believing in us when we screwed up the lauch type scenario, ya know?

That's where your wrong buddy, I did consider a screwy launch so I bought some sys and made my investment back already selling at 1000k I think it would go a long way if devs said "hey, thanks for believing in us guys.. even though we messed up, here's some sys to make up for our incompetence" it's a suggestion not a demand. They can do whatever they want. I know full well nothing is guaranteed, especially in the land of crypto.  Undecided

Nice you doubled. I tripled and am still rolling.

As an investment minded person and an immediate trader, I put 1/2 my profits onto a secured laptop for cold storage. I bounce some back into the same exchange and move some around so as not to hit any one of them very hard. So, I have almost as much put aside in storage (minus fees) and still have double what I started with still out there working for me.

I had BTC before it all started and added more by converting some fiat, just to get a bigger start. I was and still am fully ready to kick myself if I lose it all. I'll fire up a stogie, pour a bourbon, and laugh at my foolishness. For now, that's not the kind of laughing I'm doing.

Are you upset because maybe some of your money is now my money? Why do you want a subsidy from the devs? They don't owe you anything.

You want to use it like a commodity, it seems. In the short to medium term at most. An investment is for the long term.

I would really love it if the syscoin team *promised* to use that 1500btc to put up buy support eventually... and put small buywalls up here and there, to calm all these risk-intolerant, bawling weak hands...

...but lied to us, and instead used the 1500btc to develop and add value to the coin.

Devs, please read this carefully.

I've been with this coin from the beginning (posting in this thread since April, following Dano since February MEOW relaunch).
So... no FUD intended.

There is no doubt that the coin has some innovative concept.
There were also some issues at launch that all of us are aware (you luckily managed to solve those issues).

Unfortunatelly, problem is that altcoins are mostly not about technology, but about community's sentiments. And unfortunatelly, there is too much dark clouds above Sys community. We can debate if it is deserved or not but the fact is that there are many people here with negative attitude, which might be a threat for the coin.

Some people bought after launch or were waiting to buy but were disappointed with the launch issues (which were already fixed).
Also, there is many people who invested into ICO and now have worse starting position. This is especially dangerous - we have tu understand, that we have peple with 1500 BTC worth of coins who are pissed that they believed in the coin as one of the first and yet they are on worse position than all the rest. It seems that syscoin believer lost this round and guys who were late to the party are going to win. We can not let that happen. We don't want army of unhappy people. As soon as you get those escrowed BTC's you should definitely use it to set 1500 BTC buy support at 518 satoshi. Maybe some people will decide to exit, but probably most won't just because of that action, helping to protect the price. You don't have to do this, but please, listen to me - you definitely should do this. People won't be listening to innovation news unless they won't feel safe about the price. Sorry, that's how crypto works. I know you pot lots of effort into this coin and it is your dream to make it successful. Don't let this mistake stop it from happening. Protect the early investors who were with you from the beginning and you will only benefit.

Well said

It would be interesting to see what happens if they buy back at 518, whales may take all the coins and use the comunity trust to generate a panic buy scenario and then dump hard, if that happens dev will have a lot of syscoins and nothing for development.

If you let it go already, yeah. If you still have it, you didn't lose anything. The choice, either way, was yours. The decision to buy it was yours.

You clearly don't follow the thread. You can only lose money by selling right now. There's nothing seriously wrong with the coin now, it's all damage control, bug fixes, and hardening the code and the chain against attacks, because people are *attacking* this coin, hard.

We're all sure they're going to put up their buywalls as promised. They don't even have the btc from the ipo yet though. It's still in escrow with moolah.

Got to say how refreshing it is to see devs delivering on promises, easily contactable, problem solving, and so level headed in the face of so much unsubstantiated fud!
There may be hope for the altcoin world after all. Well done!

The DEVs don't have any BTC.  Moolah hasn't released any to them.
