I don't think so but it does seem suspicious to me that the site is still under maintenance even if it has already been 2 days. Well maybe they are working on something big, but keep alert. We don't know what surprises will lie ahead.  |

Its not unlikely that the team reasonable for that is also working to get the frond end website online. In other words they are really working right now, like Marco stayed, " We've locked our development team in a conference room and they are hard at work getting this issue resolved. " I totally do not worry a bit. :-) |

still missing my payout from 12-01-16 Anybody else? check ur wallet address on blockchain and confirm the days u got paid by GM and the "day" you didn't. Screen capture or link them to your proof, and if it is indeed they did not pay...they should/will correct it. |

Well just because the interface goes offline does not mean you won't get payouts. Lets see what happens today regarding payouts. Its not like their mining farms go down too. You have to remember that unlike some other websites, GM withdraws automatically to you so you do not even need an interface where as if with other companies I have hash with has a web problem and their interface goes down, then how do you withdraw your funds?? You can not as you have to do that yourself on their website and also pay a transaction fee which, you do not with GM as they pay it. |

GM website is back online. It looks like some of my older contracts' hashpower has been moved to a newer contract with lower fees. I take this as an apology for the downtime, pretty cool thing, Thanks a lot Genesis !! You rock !!

The website should still be down presently. What you are seeing is perhaps a server side Cache from your ISP so you think it is online when it is not. Please wait until we make a proper announcment regarding when the site is back online. Thanks Genesis Mining. |

Ive not had a payout today and i have learnt since i have had an account with GM since 2014 that one day you can have a payout at 1am in the morning and then the next day you could have a payout at 10pm at night...its normal They have a payout window of between Midnight and Midnight each day in the payout timezome that they use which is UTC time and it can come anytime between those times. |

still not Onlien? Still no Payout ? GM whats wrong? Did you made sure to check your BTC address where you receive the payouts from mining? You can verify it on the blockchain to make sure of that. At least I have checked mine and as usual payouts are there (for yesterday and earlier) |

Great, and I had to upgrade my hashingpower the day before the site goes down. Plus I didn't even get a chance to to allocate my mining in the right areas and to the right wallets. Any news when they'll be back online?
