Ether price had a small dip 24 hours ago, maybe that was the reason for being below USD 1 bn. But most of the time it is stable above USD 1 bn.

Yes X11 i think is doing ok, I think Dash went up in value recently, a pump etc, when i look at my historical payouts, which you can also view on my other thread, the X11 BTC (AUTO) payouts are as good now as they have been at anytime since my contract started in early October

My payouts for X11 per 1MH/s go like this.

October  Payouts started at  0.0003 down to 0.00015

November Payouts started at 0.00016 finished at 0.00019

December Payouts started at 0.00013 finished at 0.00018

January payouts started at  0.00017 finished at 0.00018

February payouts started at 0.00178 finished at 0.00045  So february the payouts started to increase alot.

March payouts started at 0.00046 and finished today at 0.0039, so over the month have gradually been going down, because value of X11 coins against BTC has.

Overall so far it is not so bad, still a way to go and will see what happens.

It might be a better option to buy ether directly, instead of doing cloud mining.

I'm pretty sure this has happened to everyone else. =P Because difficulty trends upwards over time, your contracts will pay out less and less until they are finally cancelled due to the fees exceeding the payout.
It's always a good idea to evaluate whether you're likely to ROI before the contract is cancelled, prior to any (further) investment. (I was never any good at that so I gave up, haha.)

This is called difficulty adjustment. Mining difficulty changes over time. For Bitcoin it has increased for a few month and is now relatively stable.
