Thank you! but but but, I don't want orphans hehe Any idea when they are changing the interest from 100% to 1% again ? 1-2 weeks or next few days. There seems to be a lot of opinions on should we get back to 1% or not. 100% is nice, but in theory (don't know if it really applies) every time the coin amount has doubled, the price has halved, so (in theory) owners would eventually not win the 100% profit. But I'm really not sure if this applies to cryptocurrencies. And 100% interest would mean there is no limit on the coin amount, which is not good for the coin price. I have a wild idea; it might be bad or good, but think about it: How about reducing the stake just like PoW is usually reduced. Ie this year 100%, next year 50%, after that 25, 12.5 etc.. Or maybe this month, next month.. or reduce week by week? We would get the benefits of the hig stake but the coin supply would not be limitless (limitless coin supply = BAD). I like the monthly deduction

In the future, please avoid posting things that need to be deleted. Personally i don't think 100% is a good idea but neither is 1% 25% stake per year is more than enough and should be enough to entice new holders especially those big btc holders who would make 25% on their holdings woiuld definantly jump in and the sky is the limit
1% for the serious investor/trader is just not worth their time as they could easily make that by trading daily but 25% is something completley different
100% is just overkill but we do need it at the moment.
The whole point is to attract investors and keep them
not atrract whales who will just pump and dump the coin to oblivion in one go

Yeah That could work. Hardly any sellers the first few months then. Are we still talking interest per annum or per month? Opec coin is calculating 2% per month

What is the word on max coin supply? I'm more interested in that then whatever the interest rate is. Is the 10,000 coin limit going to stay?

If the interest rate does end up with a half life as is being discussed, the total supply would most likely end up being quite a bit less than 10,000.

10,000 max supply will not be changed.
