Sounds like an interesting idea. A possible way to implement that would be to reach a conclusion on how many board members there should be then hold a nomination round and then a voting round.

It could be half active community members, half big holders and the dev.

For the board to be active, you need a good way to communicate (not only e-mail or forum).

HyperFuture need to agree to this option and the community need to brainstorm on what it really want from the board.

it's not a rebellion ... i think the community who supports the coins should have input into decisions that effect their investments.
The dev has done and does do a great job here but really somethings should have community consultation before action.
Even better if we could get a remake of the wallet with voting support.

Not a rebellion at all.  We all just want whats best, and unfortunately, one individual making all of the decisions is not what is best.

There are certain things that are fitting for an individual to decide on, and other things that require the input of a group of thinkers.

Partnerships are certainly a thing that require deliberation by a group of invested parties.

HYPERfuture is a great developer, and has made excellent decisions thus far.  I have no doubt that he will continue to do so into the future, but I do think that we should put together a group of individuals to assist in the decision making and management of such a big project as a global gaming currency.

Hey all,

Don't get your panties in a bunch.  I don't know what that BigUps coin is either...HYPERfuture will get on here with more details.  Ain't no rebellion. Dev is working, so let him work. HYPER has enough stuff to concentrate on.  I read the BigUps announcement page and thought it must be a joke but April 1st is gone lol.  Be patient.  Crypto is wacky!  It would be neat to have a poll go up at least or some kind board for some of the bigger moves but really...I don't know at the end of the day if this is anything serious. But yes, I don't want to associate with potentially bad players. Crypto is the wild west after all so it's hard to know anyway....The thrill I guess....

Some more info on the partnership would be a good thing to have, especially if it has a possibility of biting HYPER down the road.
