Is there a place I can sign up for if I wanted to do the Finnish translation for NEM?

I should graduate in about a year with a master's degree in law here in Finland, so I think I can handle Finnish pretty well.

You  can ask @freigeist  here https://forum.nemcoin.com/alpha-lauch-discussion/ncc-translation-tool/ hi can post in PM password for      NCC translation tool - for Finnish language.

When bitcointalk stakeholders will receive their NEM?

If you registered your stake during redemption phase 1 and received a token then you can follow this guide:

https://forum.nemcoin.com/nem-news-alerts/updated-redemption-guide/msg8414/#msg8414

If not, then you will have to wait until after launch which will be in December.
The deadline for redeeming your stake will be January 29th.

There is no exact launch date yet. But it's scheduled for December.

If you redeemed your stake by November 29th you will be in the genesis block and receive your NEM at launch.

So if you are on this list: https://chain.nem.ninja/stakes/registered

You have to wait until December? right?

if you have your coins in an exchange, the exchange will benefit from your coins. not you.. unless they feel extra nice and decide to give you interest on your deposit, which would no doubt be less than what you would gain from harvesting.. also after seeing soooooo many exchanges get hacked.. would you seriously let an exchange hold all your nem? honest question? bad idea my friend.. bad idea..

Does your NEM have to be stored in NCC to be able to harvest? Or will harvesting be possible in an exchange account?

I'm confused about NEM, what do you mean by harvesting?
did you mean staking?

I thought NEMcoins are all pre-mined and they are fairly distributed to nemstakes holders.
How can they still be harvesting?

Yeah, it brings back memories of my youth Cheesy

All 8,999,999,999 NEM are to be divided into 4000 equal stakes and distributed. Transaction fees in each block are "harvested" by the person who harvest (creates) a block.

Maybe there should be a paragraph on the website explaining what NEM actually is? Preferably in layman's terms so non-tech savvy people will know what it is.

E.g. "NEM is a cryptographic, decentralised payment system and economic ecosystem. Blah  blah no central bank blah blah rewarding users with transaction fees blah blah."

Also might be wise to mention the client is free? Just buzz words
