Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

By my math each chip is doing 2.8125 GH/s the mask is their own... this is no way a 28nm design based on hashrate/power  |

7950 MSI working on 690 Mhs That is a good hashrate for a 7950, is it a twin frozr card?
