try 13.12 driver

Can someone help me out with settings for my r9 280x rig. I am only getting 1.7khs with ultracoinminer and I cannot even get yacminer to run without HW. If someone could just post their settings for whichever miner run better I would appreciate it.
Also, is 1.5khs for an r7 240 acceptable?
I have 14.6 drivers for r9 280x and I think 13.2 for my r7

ASUS R9 280X (4.57 kH/s HW=0 GPU-1100 Mem- 1500)

SET GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
yacminer.exe --scrypt-chacha -o stratum+tcp://stratum2.tumblingblock.com:3333 -u barbados-2 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.tumblingblock.com:3333 -u barbados-2 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.ultrablockparty.com:3333 -u barbados-2 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -R 4576 -g 1 -w 256 --buffer-size 2656 --lookup-gap 7 --auto-fan --temp-cutoff 86 --temp-overheat 80 --gpu-fan 40-95 2>logfile.txt

Gigabite R9 270X (2.56 kH/S HW=0 GPU 1100 Mem 1400)

SET GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
yacminer.exe --scrypt-chacha -o stratum+tcp://stratum2.tumblingblock.com:3333 -u barbados-1 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.tumblingblock.com:3333 -u barbados-1 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.ultrablockparty.com:3333 -u barbados-1 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -g 1 -w 256 -R 3128 --buffer-size 1576 --lookup-gap 8 --auto-fan --temp-cutoff 85 --temp-overheat 80 --gpu-fan 35-90 2>logfile.txt

Удaчи дpyг.
Cant set my buffer size higher than 1295 otherwise I get cgminer -4 error, which I think has to do with memory, and any rawintensity about about 2800 causes HW. I only have 4gb of ram in the computer with my 280s, not sure if more ram would help.
All ive been able to get is about 2.2khs with these settings

SET GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
yacminer --scrypt-chacha -o stratum+tcp://stratum2.tumblingblock.com:5555 -u salmonstraw.2 -p 2 --worksize 256 -g 1 --lookup-gap 8 -R 2560 --buffer-size 1295 --temp-cutoff 90 --temp-overheat 85 --gpu-fan 45-75 -d 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600

Again I have yacminer 3.5 and 14.6 drivers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Start using the other 3 exchanges. Its not good for a coin to be dependent on only one exchange. Remember that ultracoin was not always traded on craptsy!

The Ultracoin wallet is not live on the Android or Apple store, yet. Once we get the bootstrap live we will release it. And it looks like we may not be the only wallet under maintenance on Cryptsy. All trades are internal, so instead of users keeping their coins in the Cryptsy ledger, they are liquidating for BTC which they can at least withdraw. Another reason to never keep your crypto on an exchange. Hopefully Crypsty can have Ultracoin back up soon. In the meantime, I will be using Bittrex and Yacuna. Crypto-Trade isn't bad either and actually features USD/UTC exchanges.

It is always better to start from a single exchange and then spread to others.

One quick question: I've been mining solo for a few days now and found two blocks. In my wallet on overview tab I have number of transactions: 4 but on a transaction tab I have only two transactions, those found blocks. Where are the other two? I got more accepted shares in yacminer but no incoming transactions, I have only one reject.

Wallet Update

Now the cat's out of the bag.   Before I start, the Android version not published in Google Play yet.

It works, but it is painfully slow to synchronize.  It will take around a week and will be a battery killer while it is downloading the block chain.    Which is leading us to work around the current problem which affects all of our clients.   I am working on implementing a bootstrap system and also adding a light wallet mode so that it will only check the headers of each block and store transactions of the blocks that have transactions relating to the wallet.  After synching the power requirements will be much less.

For anyone who wants to test the Android wallet here is an executable for it:

Android: http://www.tumblingblock.com/ultracoin_733.1_arm.apk  It should be good to go on Android arm7 devices >= API 9 (2.3.0).  You'll have to enable installation from unknown sources to install it.  If you have any issues, crashes, etc, while using it, please PM me with the conditions that led to the crash as well as information about your hardware and rom version.

This is a full mode wallet. It will have the full blockchain.  It's identical to the desktop version, as it is the desktop version, just compiled for ARM and Android.  It's going to be slow to sync.  Keep in mind, it's more of a prototype to show that it works.  It will look kind of funny unless you view it in landscape mode- part of the right side is clipped.  I'm looking into creating some skins for this mode too.

And while we're on test wallets, here is an updated OSX version.  I need some testers to help validate the Mac version:

OSX: http://www.tumblingblock.com/UltraCoinQt_7331_osx.dmg  It will require OSX 10.7+ and will be 64bit.  I haven't noticed any issues in my own testing.  Again, PM me if you run into any crashes or issues with it.  This one will take a few days to synch the chain as well.

Yes, it needs to be open. But you can mint for 12 hours a day if you want Smiley

Hi volyova,

For those two HD7950 cards with 3GB (!) each RAM on board you can use the same settings as for the 280x 3GB cards shown some post above.

Janus
