We only have 36 participants so far, we will try to make it reaching milestone 500 cpu miners.

Can we see somewhere, the list of participants? I want to be sure that I am on the list.

Good news for Magi.
Now we can vote on Cryptsy and Bter.
I must say the coinmarketapp is also great.
Looks like every day is a step forward for XMG.
I hope we can reach another goal very soon. Get Magi XMG in the top 100 of coinmarketcap.

Oh before i forget: voted on Cryptsy!!

+1 I am in, just signed up  Cheesy

I am participating in PoM with:

1. Dell Poweredge C6100 server I got from eBay with 4 nodes and two 4 core Intel Xeon L5420 CPUs per node.  Hash rate per node=~70 Kh/s
Here is the cpubenchmark.com comparison for the Dual Xeon L5420 compared to other CPUs: https://cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Xeon+L5420+%40+2.50GHz&id=1259&cpuCount=2
2. Dell Poweredge C6105 server (eBay) with 3 Nodes, and two 6 core AMD Opteron 2419EE (North Bridge) variety. Hash rate per node=~77Kh/s
Here is the cpubenchmark.com comparison for the Dual AMD Opteron 2419EE compared to other CPUs: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+Opteron+2419&id=1858&cpuCount=2

Current hash rate on nonce-pool for these two servers combined is 556.61 KH/s.

One server draws at max load about 450 watts for 4 nodes.  For 3 nodes it will be less than 450 watts.

I was previously mining ducknote with these, here is the YouTube video I made: http://youtu.be/zmvVZMRcvFE

Counter-intuitively, the AMD Opteron CPU is cheaper but hashes quicker on M7M algo.
The more expensive Xeon CPU will hash quicker on cryptonight algorithm than the Opteron CPU (as expected).

*** JoeLao the 3-node Dell Poweredge C6105 is dirt cheap looks junky on the outside (refurbished of course) but it works good, if you need a spare development server.
Here is the eBay link they still have a ton of these (48GB RAM total, so 16GB Ram/node, comes with 3 250GB HD one for each node) ***:

I think its "Magi"

... oh Cryptsy, Bter, ... voting has been dead for months now. Can we all act together on this?

These guys need to realize that once Coin Market App reaches the entire industry with 450+ coins
and everyone is using this app, the big exchanges listed are gaining major benefit from Coin Magi...

We need to let them know about this.. Drop them a tweet, email, message, let Bittrex, Cryptsy, Bter, BTC38, Mintpal, know..
about the coin market app and Coin Magi is listed in the upper top position along with BTC, LTC, BTSX, RIPPLE..

I support Magi the first anti-botnet mining network to give regular miners the fair chance of mining. Talk to #Magi on IRC: https://kiwiirc.com/client/irc.freenode.net/#magi or on BitcoinTalk: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=735170.0

need optimized miner for i5-670 (with instruction AES).

Is this required for Windows 64 bit? Assuming it is then I will get on it right now. This processor does not support AVX instruction set so it is at a disadvantage straight away unfortunately. It is likely that my 32 bit miner is about as quick as it will get anyway https://www.dropbox.com/s/dii8cvz7lp8xuey/XMGpoolminerWin32.rar?dl=0
Watch this space for a 64 bit version - should not take me too long Smiley

Well that only took a few minutes and produced code that was identical to my previously-published generic version, so support for earlier processors is already built-in. It appears to me that the Cygwin compiler (in the way I have it set up) always produces code that will run on any x86_64 cpu from the source code provided. If you are already using my generic version from:-
https://www.dropbox.com/s/hiadf8o5u7bsit7/XMGpoolminerWin64.rar?dl=0
then that should be fine, but take note of our previous findings here:-
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=735170.msg8926975#msg8926975
regarding the differences observed when running multiple threads from the minerd.exe command line.
Note also that MarcusDe has a collection of cpu-specific miners here:-
http://graymines.net/miners/magi/
From my testing, MarcusDe' version for the Intel Haswell class of processors has the edge on speed (about 4% faster) over my generic version and does not seem to have the same problems with handling multiple threads, so does not require any special startup.
I would suggest trying out different versions of minerd to see which one(s) work best for you, or maybe have a go at compiling your own using the instructions provided here:-
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=735170.msg8825199#msg8825199

On another note, I have been having a play around with the latest version of GCC (just released) in Cygwin and it produces 64 bit minerd code that is a little bit smaller in size but runs at exactly the same speeds as before. I will be creating a software bundle to incorporate this newer version and more comprehensive tuning instructions in due course - it will be available on the same link. I will not be working on the 32 bit version any further unless somebody reports problems with it.
