Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I hate to pour cold water on things but ... 1) Dragons do not exist ... allegedly ... and ... 2) Joe was non-committal the first time he was asked this question and left it to other people's interpretations as they see fit. So I think 111magic's 100 XMG might be staying where it is  In any event, If I happen to be correct and win that 100 XMG, I will be donating it to the next promotional campaign anyway. I must be nuts, but there we are. A little madness is not a bad thing. Is it? I would hate to be classed as "normal". That would be an insult |
