Hi, this currency looks interesting.  However I cant find any guides to get started.  I am a noob at mining so I have no idea what to do.  I am not even sure what to do with the wallet files that I downloaded.

Can someone point me to a good guide to get started?

Hi MagiMax, wecome to the community!  I like Bittrex and occasionally trade on Poloniex too.  There are issues with any exchange however as we have so recently seen.  I would be careful to use unique passwords. 

Perhaps at some point we will be able to exchange assets directly without having to use a central exchange.   Trust me... trust me...

now he can see there a a lot of new members in the irc #magi channel to see his very good work about xmg (magi)
they can see that xmg is a very good coin and here to stay

Is there a compiled miner for Mac? Does it differ from one OS version to another?

Edit: Is it about time we produced a proper collection of miners (and wallets) for different platforms? This should be consolidated rather better than we have it right now. I can only do the Windows stuff myself. It is still difficult for new fans to get started - evidence from very recent posts.
