Looks like some have figured out that the move will be out of Bitcoin and into alts and are adjusting their stacks accordingly. Next few days should be interesting to say the least.

If someone goes to alts to adjust the market supply then how all the altcoins price started falling from the past two days. Like all coins even Monero also fall back around 2 to 5 percent in the difficulty graph. Now little adjustment and price little bumps up in the every altcoins graph. Will it good to go at anytime in Monero? Neo is most focused coin among all coins.

Amidst the fog of war that is currently all crypto markets but especially alts someone bought ~ 800k USD worth of XMR @ market.

Can you elaborate a little bit on that. How could one interpret that?

Well its an educated guess, but if you look at the time and volume there was a sudden spike of ~10000 XMR driving the price temporarily up from 1460 to 1515 before it drifted back into its range.

Upon deeper inspection I probably overestimated the purchase size.  More likely ~8-9k in buys which may be more around $700k at current values...

Not sure what you're asking. But if you're asking me to explain my comment, there was a tiny bump in alts with similar dip in btc, so I interpret that as acknowledgment from some that recent gains may not be inline with their prediction of the fork. It will be interesting to see who gets it right and how the market reacts.

It also appears that the sell book was reduced by roughly that amount, while the buy side never changes...  Poloniex is a small pond with some really big fish, but still interesting to watch the interactions.

It looks like the stars are aligning, time to grab all we can before takeoff again. Wish I had more but i'm margined down to 90% now. Sad

What is the motivation behind these fanatical troll posts? If I think that a coin is a bad investment, I just don't buy it and spend my time useful. It's hard to believe that you have some kind of twisted saviour complex so there has to be some motivation? There is a motivation behind everything. Are you trying to lower the price to buy cheap or are you a troll promoting another coin? You know that your posts have zero impact on the price? If anything, heavy trolling in this thread has historically been a bullish signal. Or do you get up in the morning and think "I'm going to be a digital mosquito and annoy some people. Joy!"?

I would seriously like to know, I just cannot understand what would motivate you to be trolling so persistently. It takes effort, no? You have to spend time reading all the posts here and composing your own little turds. This time could be utilised useful. You could study better investments, pick up a hobby, or learn another language or a musical instrument.

Also, try working on your use of the English language, it comes across uneducated and a bit dumb, the constant use of caps lock, the made up words, it reads like propaganda for dummies. If you just want to spread FUD, at least do it with intelligence, elegance and style so that there is some merit in reading your posts.

Maybe do some soul searching, there is more to life than being a parasite on the internet.

It's almost like last year where Monero peaked in August and then bottomed beginning of November.

XMR clearly has a bright future, no reason to worry about the short term movements unless you are a day trader.

You're probably right and he gets a few cents per shit post. His very limited use of the English language (and his last post) indicates that, too.

Pretty sad, when you think about it.

I've been following this thread for sometime, I'm starting to think walonek is the only one here who knows what he's talking about.
Looking at some of the past comments predicting what XMR will be around now while re-assuring are sounding hopeful without substance.

If only John McAfee could start doing some promo again.

Sounds kinda gay.

I think from this point XMR and Litecoin will level up each other , not long ago they were at the same level. It is quite embarrassing that XMR has dropped to half of value what it was 3 weeks back, nevermind i made 57% profit on this but forgot to sell my XMR when it was all time high.

85.76 $ now, seriously...joining LTC rally.

I also noticed this (dip/bump). But it only occurred for some coins such as e.g. NEO and XMR.

Ah yeah.
