Kano,
the account settings, can they be setup to use 2FA only if a payout address is changed, instead of even login?
I like to see my stats with a quick and easy login, but wouldn't mind the extra security of 2FA if someone were to hack my account and attempt to change the payout address.

Block Friday indeed - in some timezones anyway! Love this pool! New IO card on its way for the S7, then more hash here for the pool's continued success cracking blocks above calculated expected values!

I don't believe in superstition because it's bad luck: 13thF1oor6CAwyzyxXPNnRvu3nhhYeqZdc These aren't the Droids you're looking for: S5 & S7 (Sold), R4B2, R4B4 (RIP), 2x S9 obsolete, 2xS15-28, S17-56, S17-70 Pushing a whopping 1/5 PH! Oh The SPEED!!!

Besides the API, is there anywhere else shown the 5m,1hr and 24hr hashrate for each worker?

Give it 5-15mins. It takes time for the server to get it generating. Happens to me when I first started using too. After that it's a wonderful tool and very fast.

Anyone to add an API for the block solver's username to show up instead of having to log in everytime?
Everytime I get a notice that a block is solved. I always log in to see the block stats to see who it was. Gets tedious since i have 2nd Authentication enabled =P

kano just paid us last night and bang! we have 4 more blocks confirmed in the queue - WOW!!!
Extra sweet this because one of my s7 with 184b shares from SG node got a block for the pool.
I got a feeling my s5 will hit 25 shiny ones at solo.ckpool soon!

The 2 payouts have been sent 25min ago, just not confirmed yet. Yeah I was up a bit late last night dealing with servers and good and useless people in datacentres RUU is no more Too many problems with them and also we've been having general problems with the networks in Russia also. RUU points to DE and probably will stay that way for the foreseeable future. If anyone noticed, the thread title changed There's now a node in Japan jp.kano.is All 3 nodes (DE, SG, JP) are running very well, though still classified as 'testing', but there should be no problems with miners connecting and mining. Edit: they were confirmed about 4 minutes after I posted this Could I use JP node as backup for SG node, before failing to US node - would this be worthwhile doing? My ping from sg to jp is around 70ms, which is much better than 200+ms to US node.

I'd still suggest to have a node as main and US as 1st backup. That also makes it possible to have a 2nd backup to some other pool, in machines that default to only 3 pools in the interface. While having everything pointing only at kano.is sounds great, the reality is that I can't guarantee 100% uptime coz data centres and ddoses and networks all have their collection of random uncontrollable problems. On the subject of networks ... the other day I couldn't get directly to DE from home. My ISP somehow managed to screw that up - and my ISP is not a small one either - in the top 3 here in Aus. I could get there via any of my other (many) servers, but the routing direct to DE was screwed up for me for ~12 hours. Things go wrong out of our control, so having backup somewhere else is important for bitcoin mining.

Nope Also, the public interface is that way on purpose If you want the details you have to login. One day in the dark distant future I'll probably add a link (when logged in) to also give extra details about the block. That's the point of logging in and being able to see the extra information with a username account.

I guess I could add to the (dreaded) todo list an option to ignore 2FA security ONLY on login. If you want 2FA, then it's there for ANY changes to the account, not just some changes. Having on/off changes in the rules for different things usually ends up making loop holes that someone somewhere will find a way around. I guess it could be an option on the 2FA page, AFTER you've setup 2FA, that could be changed with your 2FA, to (only) allow login without it.

I'm baaaack. I think my partner is finally getting it about "difficulty" and "luck" and well...you know. Me and the 4Th are quite happy here, thank you very much.
I really appreciate Kano's work. I had to fire my hosting contractor (I manage just a few sites these days, but I try to keep it quality still) last week, and can sympathize greatly with the uncontrollable idiosyncracies of such elements.
Imua.

I still ask myself how on other pool topics people are not seeing this, how are they still shitting about the rewards that they get. They say that antpool and slush is better!? I mean we should make donations to buy glasses for those guys
