You guys are reading too much into it. We're just having fun with all the jokes about chicken eating, dancing, pool restart stuff. It is what makes this pool fun, and keeps the people here during the good and the bad times rather than just the sour puss that would just whine when pools are having crappy days. If it's 500 pages of 5ND explanation when it's already on the help page, do you really think people would be going around advertising Kano or be as excited to be part of the same team / pool? Don't read too deeply into it. We're not that stupid into believing that it actually changes the luck. It's the comrade and the cheers that separates this pool from the others. I don't think I'll comment on this thread anymore.
What he said..  However, the next person who rents 3PH and shocks the pool will get a voodoo doll of him/her made and will get a needle stuck in their rear..  And I call for pool restart(s) please.. |

I just noticed one of my S7s has a best share of 66,576,783,617. That's the biggest I've ever seen from one of my rigs. It would have been a block back in November, which is a mere three months ago  Yes, I know that best share is a useless statistic. But it does give me an artificial, meaningless, and admittedly silly sense of accomplishment. Nice, I know how you feel My S3+ just had a best share of 44G over the weekend. That would have been a block this time last year, right after I started mining.  |

Seem to be having some oceania / asia connectivity problems for a short while. Pool hash rate went down about 2PH to about 21PH (half an hour ago) then jumped up to 25PH so I guess most people didn't notice it. I did - coz it affected my home connection - and also the JP node (but usually no one mines to JP so no one probably noticed that  ) Also seems to be some linode connectivity problems (that's not rare ) and that affects my monitoring but not the main pool. |
