As I mentioned before  Blocks aren't measured in time. They're measured in difficulty. >400% difficulty is expected, on average, one in 54.6 blocks, so yeah it's expected, not unexpected. 0.98168436111127 400.000% 1 in 54.6 |

I'm not sure how difficult it is for kano to offer up sacrificial anime...
But it worked really well last time...
Well I found another, recently when we had a slightly longer block ... and again while I was choosing an image (of Chelsea, again from Akame ga Kill) we found that block. I gave up then though, coz she had a pretty hard time in the end, shot thru the heart, half an arm removed, then at the end, beheaded and had her head on a pike in the middle of the town ... so I decided against those pics, seemed a little too extreme |

Wallet complains that there are too many inputs (from kano's!  ) in the transaction when i tried to transfer out. Even so, i can give you a good suggestion: 11-12 sat/byte is enough for about 2-3hr until first confirm. maybe it is trivial for you, but it is 85% savings vs 80sat/byte that fee optimizer rec. |
