Well if you compare to a PPS pool, they are 100% minus the pool fee.
So, e.g. if they charge a 3% fee, then their payout is 97% PPS Gotcha. Plus, most do not include transaction fees in the block reward. ... Well PPS payout doesn't include txn fees by definition. With PPLNS it's up to the pool to decide if they include them or not. e.g. AntPool doesn't so their expected PPLNS reward is a little under 100% PPS (assuming they get few orphans - but I don't know) The expected luck here is 99% since I take a stab in the dark at assuming 1% orphans. The block turn around here is very fast so orphans should be lower than 1%. History shows them a bit under 1% - 13 orphans for (1720 blocks + 13 orphans) = 0.75% |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.
