That's because, as I understand it, bASIC only has 1 employee. Where as BFL has 6 customer representatives, 1 office manager, 1 engineer, plus Josh and an unknown number of assemblers. BFL might have even more employees that I am unaware of.

It seems that Tom ignores any pm and mails from unwanted customers.
Wrote from different mailboxes about asic delivery, and nothing...
good job... continue ignoring people  Angry

Tom has posted on here many times to call him. He does answer the phone, sometimes not the first time.  He does answer, and he will talk to you about whatever your questions are.

I try very hard to handle all customer service inquiries.

I answer phones all day long and answer about 100 emails a day.

PM's however are about last on my list of priorities

I never intentionally ignore any customer period.

If you have a question, ask it here right now - your in luck you have my attention.

and if you want to ask me privately PM me on freenode irc network

and I still have better customer service and faster response time than they do.

Everyone knows I have much better customer service than BFL. Its common accepted knowledge at this point its not even up for debate.

The fact that Tom accepts phone calls is enough for me. That's why I spent most of my money on bASICs.

I'm not sure sorry. I actually just won week 4, so I will definitely update when I get it. The odds of winning were higher on the BFL forums. Your thread was too long. Smiley

I won a Single, then Little SC upgrade when they are released. My sig stays out of gratitude for winning.

thats fine bro, I dont blame you, or hold anything against you but please keep us updated as to when you actually receive delivery

The winners of weeks 1-3 in my contest have already received delivery of their prizes

and the winner of week 4's prize was shipped out today

These guys have posted pics and verification of their prizes and I have not seen anything similar for the BFL contests so thats why I am asking

anyways keep us updated and good luck man Smiley

btw: just in case anyone does not know - BFL ripped this idea off from me and is proud of doing so....

they are claiming winners but so far I have not seen any proof of delivery on these contests - so if someone can prove me wrong I would love to see it....

ANYWAYS

have a good night my friends Smiley

Well your idea was a hell of a lot better than buying individual sigs. I would have copied it too.

RE: Prize. Unsure if it comes out of stock and jumps the queue, or goes to the single production queue. Will find out soon I am sure Smiley.

Everyone in my contests that has won a ModMiner Quad has already received shipment of their prize.

ASIC's are the new generation of mining devices, if BFL can't ship FPGA based devices on time, what do you think will happen with ASICs?

All of our contest winners have shipped, thanks!

If you're searching these lines for a point, you've probably missed it.  There was never anything there in the first place.

Good to know! Congrats to BFL and all of their contest winners!

Thanks Inaba for filling me in on this - BitFORCE singles are cool little devices - I know the winner's will love them.

The fact that Tom accepts phone calls is enough for me. That's why I spent most of my money on bASICs.

Having the option of calling is great, but it's not always the most efficient or convenient option (ever try saying a bitcoin address over the phone?).  It would be nice if emails and forum PMs also worked consistently (I had an email from the 22nd go unanswered).

I think an investment made in a customer service rep position could be a real good thing.  Someone to stay on top of emails and PMs and make sure they all get answered.

Plus some of us, uh, internet ppl can be a little, uh, weird about like...talking to other ppl live on the phone and stuff...
