Highest daily payout is a sum of satoshi earned by best user in last 48 hours divided by 2, where best user means user that earned the most in last 48 hours. Average daily payout is a sum of satoshi earned by all your users in last 48 hours divided by 2 times number of your users in last 48 hours.
For average daily payout... does it use number of unique users or total number of payments? Number of unique users. Or number of unique addresses to be precise.

Can anyone say how to add Google analytics to my Faucet. I am using default templete of faucetbox and it's script
Add it in CSS text box(I did this) or banner text box. I was approved. -MZ CSS box is a bad idea for scripts. Better add it to any ad box. This doesn't works I added it to top box. But still 'Tracking Not Installed'

IMHO this makes sense for faucet owners but not for faucet users. As a user, I want to visit faucets with highest average payment, not those with most active users. I'm not sure how faucets with high minimal payout (5000+ satoshi) influence stats.

I'm not sure how faucets with high minimal payout (5000+ satoshi) influence stats. Maybe I wasn't clear or you didn't understood it well. How active the faucet is doesn't affect our stats. It just uses the number of users to calculate the average, because that's what average is. Faucets with high minimal doesn't affect the stats as long as it's low enough that it can be reached in max 2 days. If it takes longer than 2 days, then our calculated average will be higher than it should.

Yeah! It works. I see a few active users in overview of Real time stats. But still saying 'Tracking not installed'. What does that mean ??

As I said, you just have to wait a few days . It simply means that Google Analytics bot haven't visited your website yet.

It's pretty nice , but the only problem is that people should have to make an account on FaucetBox.com instead of of receiving the Bitcoins directly and that sucks to be honest , any way to change that ?

Faucetbox is a micro payment processor mainly built for faucets. You will have to tell the faucet you are using not to use any payment processor and to pay directly and you don't have to create an account for earning coin, its only for publishers, for earning an account-like will be created with your address as username. If this isn't what you asked, clarify your question. -MZ

Bug?
Yes and we're aware of that. It should say 120.81 DOGE, not satoshi of course . I want to make a faucet on my website , but FaucetBox makes people who use my faucet to signup on their website , what I want to do on my faucet is make people able to withraw their money directly to BTC Adresses instead of FaucetBox account first then BTC addy
FaucetBOX.com users SHOULDN'T signup. Account is created automatically for address when they use it on any faucet. Then it's automatically withdrawn as soon as they reach the threshold. It's possible for user to never visit FaucetBOX.com and still get coins to their address from faucets using FaucetBOX.com. Only faucet owners should register using their email and password.

You didn't ask your question correctly. So you are a publisher(faucet owner). See below. I didn't understand your answer I guess , or you didn't got my question I want to make a faucet on my website , but FaucetBox makes people who use my faucet to signup on their website , what I want to do on my faucet is make people able to withraw their money directly to BTC Adresses instead of FaucetBox account first then BTC addy
Then, you shouldn't use FaucetBox or any other micro-payment processor(such as Paytoshi, microwallet etc...). You should use Blockchain.info/Blocktrail.com API or install Bitcoin-core and connect your faucet to Bitcoind. -MZ
