Has anyone else installed the MacOS wallet? The wallet is installed fine but I have not started my sync. When I try to extract the factom_bootstrap.zip, I cannot see where it extracts to. It says to extract to the home directory.
When I use cmd-shift-g in the finder, I can see the .factom folder, and the wallet folder inside. I do not see the factom_bootstrap.zip extraction files inside the location:
~/.factom/m2/main-database/ldb/MAIN/factoid_level.db/
Any ideas? If I even just run extract to a folder on my desktop, or I move the .zip file out of my downloads and into the .factom or wallet folder and extract from there, I still do not get the files or folder to begin sync.
What am I missing here?

I checked the hidden home directory, the .factom folder, the wallet folder, etc. I can try to extract it to a folder on the desktop, or to my downloads folder, still nothing. It says it extracts here: ~/.factom/m2/main-database/ldb/MAIN/factoid_level.db/ I cannot see that file path anywhere. |

Did you try opening Enterprise Wallet and go into Settings tab and enable “Custom Factomd Location” and enter in a valid factomd instance. Use: factomd-live.cloudapp.net:8088 for example. https://docs.factom.com/#run-enterprise-wallet-online |

Yes even factom release the next network update exodus still want to do some testing before releasing to public,
But the federation wallet should be very smooth with the next coming update

Exodus is ready. Factom needs to be stable. Plan is this: Factom releases the updates Exodus wants to see that all is stable for some time (not sure how long but hopefully not about weeks) Exodus will release Factom-implementation with the "next" update It won't be the next one that would be Friday, but hopefully 2 weeks later. |

Exodus will probably not have a big impact on price,
fundamentals, new contracts/clients, EC usage, will deff boom the market
The next update of Factom will make the federation wallet very smooth, someone should make a "how to video" point the federation wallet to a remote node, many people dont even know this option there is no need to sync all blocks..

Can someone explain to me how it's acceptable for Factom to take their network offline with no warning whatsoever?
I just tried to withdraw about 150 factom off of Poloniex. Waited an hour and checked the blockchain, nothing. Check polo withdraw history, completed.
Nothing on the official twitter, nothing on their Facebook page, nothing on the Bitcointalk thread.... blockchain website has no record of it, and no new transactions are coming in.
Nothing about pulling the network down (apparently for several days without notice)
Polo couldn't just tell me the network was down or disallow me from withdrawing? I had no fucking idea the network was down, how would I?
Now my money is stuck while I wait an unknown period of time to find out what the fuck is going on? While the coin price can do whatever it wants?
You shouldn't have to hunt the Dev team down on Slack to find out what is going on.
WTF.
