Few questions since there is no first time wizard. Scan shows 100% and it has been like this since last 10 minutes. Is it how it supposed to look once it's done scanning? It doesn't show my BitBay address and when I click on "copy to clipboard" button. It copies nothing When I go to File>Open wallet. It looks for private key (.private,.jpeg). I can't open wallet.dat. When I click cancel it asks for key2. Chat points to Blackcoin by default I'm not sure what are those keys. When I exit and reopen the wallet I get following error. Not sure what it means but wallet opens fine. You've done all the hard work so you can relax now but those are few things that I'm having issue with. :thumbs up:

Yeah that's how it looks at mine as well. It's not wrong but a 'complete' sign would ease the confusion as 100% doesn't always mean complete in other apps.
It's also worth putting a release statement out there. Currently it's just the wallet and the smart contracts working. The wallet itself doesn't make it clear that the market isn't supposed to be finished yet.

How to transfer my baycoins into new wallet? I can start the old wallet, and theres still my coins, so no coins beeing destroyed by new wallet fortunately.

Simple question: How do I import my old vanity address? Can I just change the private key in key1.private with the one I got for the vanityaddress?

Here is how to get started with the new client: you first of all need to create a new wallet. Go to File -> New Wallet. Every wallet has 2 keys in order to protect you from being hacked, it's a multi-signature wallet. You need the two keys to access your wallet. You can save them wherever you want: for example save the first key on your computer and the second one on a usb drive. After you have done that, your new wallet is created.
That's the first step indeed and good to see it explained here. Now I hope that someone knows how to import any old address.

It seems like both are installed and it doesn't install over the old one. It installs it in "C" by default and old one is installed under "Program Files" When I clicked on "new wallet" and it created 2 private key and 2 share key. I'm not sure if that's an error. I just uninstalled everything and starting over again.

Friendly warning! Do not send Bay coins to BTER guys 30 confirms tells me it's done BTER's end but balance still 0, 1 hour later... Few other guys have the problem who i talked to in troll box Simply you can try Bittrex, volume is better than BTER right now!

I think we'll end up having to send our coins to a new address generated by the new client but I'm not sure. I am waiting for some bugs to be fixed in the new wallet before I do anything and for an official response from David first though.
