Sounds like a carbon copy of Homero's venture. I wonder if he rushed his to market which is why it is such a fuck up. Real question is who is copying who's idea of this so-called "people's coin" combo marketplace "thing"?

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/address.dws?119166.htm

3,884 new coins created by this non-prime but using a prime350 key, verified to be owned by gaw, account to date... absolutely gawsome...

I guess they're just still testing...

Best part is that those are 12 stakes that should have been rewarded to production addresses that will never be recovered even if they destroy the coins...  And the gawlets love him for it.

It's all starting to make sense now. Homero has been copying these guys all along.

Their "white paper" put out in early October:

His "white paper" put out a month later

Looks nearly the same. Have not yet combed through it but would not be surprised to see pilfered words and terms and marketing speak

Wow, they've been copying ziftrCOIN all along?
They probably wanted to sound as cool as them too with all the partnerships but the fact is.. Josh has zero partnerships and ziftrCOIN does.

Coinbase --> Paybase

ZincSave --> PaySave

Paycoin --> Paycoin

They ripped off many trademarked company logos. The latest is beats by dre lmao. Wouldn't shock me if their whole coin model was copied too just like the code. I don't think it's legal for them to take Dr. Dre's logo, recolor it and flip it upside down then call it their own. Maybe Mr. Andre would pay them a little personal visit. He ain't no fuckboy like Homero.

Actually PayBase is a registered property of Bottomline Technologies.  You'll never guess what they use it for...

So, correct me if I'm wrong, there's 0 innovation with anything GAW does. One could actually say it's a step in the wrong direction, backwards, and is actually in fact illegal to a multiple of degrees. Could somebody get a link to contact original Paybase? I'll be able to make the issue known to them.

I truly hope that Bottomline sues Josh & GAW and takes away whatever money they apparently milked from those poor unsuspecting gawlets.

Actually they did innovate one thing... a horrible communication system with complete information control...

No wait... the Nazi party did that first...

Ok, you're right.  It does look like they didn't innovate anything...

Someone should post these two imgs to hashtalk. Pretty much shows Homero's true colors. He was always in it for himself.
(in reference to first img) Now this is just conjecture but it seems:

1) Become a reseller of miners. "Sell product to miners even though its more profitible to mine them. This will build loyalty."
2) Hashlets. "Use them to fund next project. But also use them to fund next data center."
3) "Right on edge when customers are on edge to loose loyalty the product will magically be done." Hashlets giving out 1sat?

There were no investers. No NDAs. That was just to hide the fact that all of the capital came from original hashlet sales/marketplace fees. Payouts were initially good
because of ponzi-like payouts.

Unfortunately the only way we're going to be able to say that without putting the words "I think" or "In my opinion" is by having a look at Josh's/GAW's books... if they exist.  And the only way, in my opinion, that's going to happen is if he's audited or brought to trial for fraud.

LOL
Hey Josh, karma huh?

Josh Garza Begs r/Bitcoin For Forgiveness For Being A Bad Little Boy

http://dailyhashrate.com/2015/01/04/josh-garza-begs-rbitcoin-for-forgiveness-for-being-a-bad-little-boy/

It´s a spoof I guess.
Quote
If the low price of Bitcoin wasn’t disappointing enough, r/Bitcoin had to suffer through an apology from CEO of GAW Corp and GAW Miners Josh Garza.

“While we have made mistakes, its never been to get away or take anything from anyone,” says Garza in the apology “But, I understand that, in our effort to ‘get things done’, we have a left a lot of open questions.”

*Schinnipp*

Those bastards turned sweet innocent Mr. iPad Chain in to a pump and dump monster over night!” screamed Don Santiago at GAW Corp headquarters in the cold January rain, “I hate you!”

Poor I Pad Chain (aka Famous Amos on Youtube). Now his Whatcoin is being dragged into the fray after I started mentioning him ~200? pages back:

Hey guys, buy my new coin DoucheScam coin. I'll sell you a very high priced ICO and you can lock your coins into a magic wallet I sell to you that will give you 350% returns. Also backed by $100,000,000.00 fiat reserve from BIG BIG investors, but please don't sell any or I can't actually support the price at $20. Can't reveal anything because NDA, sorry chaps! You guys will buy my coin right? Only $4.00 a pop at first round ICO to special customers, then ICO round 2 is $10.00 to the public, then launch is $20!! AWESOME RIGHT?! Praise me.

I think you should contact I Pad Chain, aka "Famous Amos" and be part of the "Whatcoin" team. He has some great ideas but needs some investors to get it off the ground. Or , he could copy GAW's method and just lie about having investors of course.

Costello: "Exactly. Whatcoin".

Abbott: "MRRRRM!!! I asked YOU what coin!"

Costello: "Listen, I already told you. The coin I am talking about is Whatcoin."

He definitely has a handle on the whole Paycoin scam:

I wondered if the entire chain of events was intentional or if he just thought of the next scam to roll the last one into along the way.  Looks like we have the answer.  I bought hardware miners from them which did eventually get 100% ROI and are now making a trickle of profit but even before hashlets when they started offering hosted hardware I was highly suspicious.  And then after hashlets appeared and greater variety of hardware started to appear for sell to be shipped out I started thinking they were actually selling the miners they had sold to customers as hosted.  Everyone switched to the full ponzi of the hashlets but of course everyone, even Josh has to know that a ponzi cannot be maintained forever.  So the eventual rollover to a scam coin was actually his exit strategy from the ponzi.  If this thing ever goes to court the judge and jury will all say, "yes but everyone knows cryptocurrencies are a big scam" because the media has told them so, over and over and over...

Randal: You didn't ask for that. You have no personal politics. You're just trying to scrape out a living.
Then, you've justified the moderators did no wrong either.

However, "Those who would give up essential Liberty <or principles>, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither."

I was just quoting clerks, because you had mentioned workers on the death star. Just trying to be funny :-(

And its a little different. I'd say the mods are more like Storm Troopers (with their ability to ban and blast lasers). I'd say auxillary people involved (companies partnered with like shapeshift, coin-swap, etc) are more like the contractors building the death star. I don't think the creator of ShapeShift should get any flack for integrating (and then removing) XPY.
