Amazon Says: Will Break PayBase Integration

Tim January 8, 2015 0
PayBase and Josh Garza has been making many claims regarding the purchasing of items on Amazon by way of a system built in to PayBase. This has been one of the most highly debated features of PayBase outside of the $20 floor and this afternoon we spoke with Amazon spokesperson Mary Osako who told Coin Report,

Quote
Amazon does not endorse the purchasing of items from Amazon via any site that is not an Amazon.com owned website. We do not provide an API for purchasing on remote sites or using our product information that results in a purchase that is fulfilled via a third party.

Even if the purchase ultimately ends up being fulfilled by Amazon the result is the same. We do not and will not allow purchases to be fulfilled by a third party.

Amazon will stay vigilant to protect our customers and will disable any tool or platform that attempts to avoid our ordering systems. We will use any means necessary including technical, blocking access or legal means.

It remains to be seen how the team at PayBase will circumvent the Amazon restrictions and how they will work around the potential legal implications for doing so.

I'm pretty sure it was just some shitty blog. I don't think it's reliable at all.

GAW is not a scam and never will be a scam. They promised stuff yes and they could not deliver does that make it a scam? No it does not it just proves people make mistakes

This is the 5th time I have seen this fairly new talking point being repeated. Utter bullshit.

This is a premeditated concerted scam from day one. You have to be fucked in the head not to see it back then and now.

Read this fucking thread backwards and forwards for the hundredth time until it sinks in why.
Some people simply fail to realize it all comes down to intent. There is a difference between failing while legitimately trying to innovate and never having the INTENT to put in a good faith effort in the first place; especially when they knew or should have known their poorly executed efforts would not reasonably succeed.

Chargebacks are fine, however they will fight it tooth and claw and drag it out as long as they can. $100 x 1000 sucker "mistake" over charge free money for 30-90 days before they are absolutely forced to return it. Enough time to roll that over into some new scam and hook some new input in, to cover that.

The 2015 crypto scam just beginning, Ponzi using FIAT via Credit Card. Just watch.  Cheesy

Homero the Innovator indeed.

Where I am if I dispute the charge I get it back. The vendor has zero say in it unless they want to take me to court but my CC Company pays no attention to them, only me, the cardholder.

So here in this thread of over 700 pages about why Josh is a scammer you're gonna talk about committing chargeback fraud to GET him?  Wow dude...

If Paybase is using Stripe as their processor as reported on HT, they are violating their TOS https://stripe.com/us/prohibited-businesses so all those transactions are prohibited anyway (aka getting a cash advance from a credit card as a purchase of goods)

Needs disclaimer inside the image itself indicating the vest is 'shopped, lest the acolytes fall for the inevitable "those guys on BCT are making up 'evidence'".

That's not really evidence of anything, so I don't think a disclaimer is necessary.

Something strange that I notice is that it appears that the original image posted by Josh on that Myspace page may actually be Photoshopped. Check out the black outline around himself. Is that just an artifact from shrinking or something, or is the original itself PS'D?

Nah, looks like an early cell phone camera shot with a low megapixel cmos sensor.

I am not an expert on this, but the image shows a blocky outline around joshes image when abstracted on the photo forensics site:

http://fotoforensics.com/analysis.php?id=d48eeae7529646da4f19774cfc7c9ef128589853.44273

The blocky outline says PS job to me. Not that it means anything other than maybe he was posting a PS car bragger pic back when he made the Myspace page.

maybe Josh is so far advanced he actually is all like the matrix people in code and only ge can see it. That would explain how gaw makes so many inovations   Undecided
