The disgusting part is the spin. This was pointed out almost immediately. A question was asked in the HT announcement thread, jmordica proceeded to ignore it. How long does it take to read one sentence in the TOS that was shoved into your face? Not to mention that it should have been obvious BEFORE they even started this CC nonsense. How does one keep believing they are just making "mistakes"? Now of course the trolls shall be blamed and CF shall be hacked, right?  Distrurbingly, not just hacked.
