I wonder why they haven't sought Josh for questioning yet? I wonder if this is a sign that he is not available in this country? Maybe Carlos is just lower hanging fruit?

We don't really know what "they" have or haven't done, do we? We only learned about Carlos because he managed to get sued for refusing to talk. You believe Josh isn't going to put on the same performance if he was actually available? I attempted a simple people search for kicks and can't find him. He's either being very elusive or isn't in the country. There are ways to search utility bill records, but I didn't go that far. I am surprised nobody has attempted to serve him in Texas. That would tell you where he is real quick and eliminate Texas as a possibility. |

I think the point of this is that since it's now a court order, failing to comply would be contempt of court, and C. Garza could actually go to jail. They're betting that a night or two in jail might inspire him to talk.
I'm not a lawyer, but that's my guess.
Rehab didn't work. Why should jail? Carlos went to rehab shortly after the binge-fest in Miami....then got out & rolled a car DUI on a quiet street. Sociopaths don't learn lesson like the rest of us.
