The plus with DMD is that there's no lie about a 20 dollar floor, no one was "forced" into it via some other failed venture, and I don't see any horseshit like hashstakers and prime controllers to give certain people more free coins than anyone else, so people will get exactly what they are paying for.

Why they are paying for it is another question. Anyone thinking a coin with 1k trade volume a day will be able to support people cashing out all those extra free coins is insane.

Homero is such a fuck up that he probably lost half the muggle money plus spent the rest. He won't be living large ever but the gawtards will never see a cent again.

FUDD! One day Homero Garza will going to be hailed as the Steve Jobs of cryptocurrency. Just like Steve invetned the mp3 player, smartphone and tablet, Homero invented us Hashlets and PayCoin, which is so faster than bitcoin. Trolls are tryig to desroy Homero Garza and his invetnions!!! just like they tried to destroy Apple, but your going to see in the end brilliant mind (and cock) of Homero going to suceed.

Is your poor use of the language an attempt at humor or are you really stupid?

Not sure if you're talking to Bitpop or me, but I will explain: It's Homero style language and we're making fun of it. If you don't get it then fuck off.

New comprehensive lawsuit under way from both those same two fellas:

http://civilinquiry.jud.ct.gov/CaseDetail/PublicCaseDetail.aspx?DocketNo=HHDCV155039903S

case details pretty much sum up Homero's fraud and theft etc to a tee if anyone else is examining filing suit as well:

http://civilinquiry.jud.ct.gov/DocumentInquiry/DocumentInquiry.aspx?DocumentNo=9180711

Wonder why they don't sue Garza individually since they're alleging fraud?  Might as well stick it to him and not let him get the benefit of the corporate shield.

Also, what's up the federal securities and commodities claims (see claims 3 and 4)?  Seeing as this is a Connecticut lawsuit in a  state court, I'm not sure how those federal claims are actionable in state court (i.e., how does state court have jurisdiction?).  TBF, I suppose there could be a Connecticut law authorizing these claims some how, like if their state level statutes say any violation at the federal level is a violation at the state level (just making up this example to make a point).  Notwithstanding the litany of claims, the real claim here has to be fraud because if these folks (GAW, Paybase, Garza, etc) are find-able, they would be crazy not to seek bankruptcy protection quickly given the Mississippi Power Co default judgment. Fraud is the only claim they're making not dis-chargeable in bankruptcy (I think).

OH they will get around to it... you see if GAWS is defunct there is no corporate veil to pierce and they will go after the Principals eventually. Major error on Josh and Stuarts part.

One can only imagine if the IRS gets into it for unpaid taxes. Stay tuned...

Attached is a word document containing an initial draft of the creative brief for CoinStand. What is there is not even proofed. It's a brain dump. There are holes that need filling such as copy points, mandatories and the personality of the brand...a la "tone."

Please complete these and send back for my review. When we feel good about it, we'll send to Josh for his feedback.

Thanks, John

Thanks for taking a stab at this however it's not what was needed. The objective, strategy and com strategy are ok as they are. what you added to Strategy was not a part of a strategy; it's an byproduct of what we're attempting to do.

Yes, objectively we are trying to create great value for paycoin which has been incorporated.

What was needed where nuts and bolts in how this was to be accomplished, the areas where I outlined needed to be done. Specifically, the communications points. What are the things that will distinguish CoinStand...the things we'll discuss in copy...

For example...
millions of items
Security due to blockchain
single source
etc.

What is the tone / Personality
timetable?

I believe this is what I asked you to do.

Please take another look at this...

Thanks, John

If you haven't already, please review the Conroy and co creative Brief as a guideline for what I commented about earlier; project wise, it is the same as what we are doing with coinstand. I may have time this afternoon to work on this if you're having a hard time. Also, what Josh provided to you and me may be helpful as well for content. Hope that makes sense. Effectively, the comm points  are a laundry list of what we want to communicate, the support points to our strategy that helps us fulfill our objective while informing the reader.

Hope that helps.

John

Later Garza admitted himself that he "created" Coinstand, i.e. "hired" developers (Phil Vadala and then someone else, don't remember now). I think he was trying to say that GAW (the LLC) had nothing to do with Coinstand and it was his personal project. Which is all bullshit anyway seeing how he used GAW as his personal ATM all along. Hopefully the courts will see it that way too.

This one is good... do we have another one of Garza's pseudonyms - "misty"?

In this complaint it alleges he committed criminal acts when he defrauded these investors in this case.  Does that have any significance criminally since this is a civil case?   I'm not a lawyer or armchair law expert.  I am asking this question because I do not know the answer.

I think he just set it to private/hidden a few days ago. It has disappeared and then reappeared several times throughout this saga. So I don't think it's deleted. The account was still up about a week ago, but I did notice that it was unavailable on Saturday, I think.

Adam Matlack 1/5/2014: "Not but 30 seconds later, the Holy Spirit slapped me upside the head and said "what are you thinkin'? What are you doin'?" It was an emphatic "NO". And I got - just guilt started to cover me"
