It looks in one place like a transfer to Garza from Auk Doubt of a unit for $0, but another place it looks like 142 Hillcrest Terrace Realty Group sold it to Garza for $10. Anyway, go https://i2d.uslandrecords.com/VT/Brattleboro/D/Default.aspxGood searches are "Garza" and "142 Hillcrest". If you remember, there's $200,000 (IIRC) note that Garza owes Fraser for the Hillcrest property. So here's what I think happened. I think one of Garza's LLCs took the loan from Fraser and bought the property. There's money left over, so Garza probably uses it to buy an exotic vehicle. Then, I think Garza transfered the property to him personally under a different address so Fraser wouldn't catch on, then mortgaged the property and pocketed the cash. Not only that, I think he lucked out, and the property raised in value, so he refinanced the mortgage and took even more money out. Basically, he used the same collateral on two loans, just under different street addresses. Just a guess. Read the docs yourself. |

The 136 Hillcrest (units 1 and 3) that shows up in the property records is a set of condos.
This is very confusing.

Josh was just using her for her money though. That's where the CAF came from. One of the leaked email conversations included Adam Matlock telling Josh how much he wanted to "suck his glorious cock". BitJane wasn't too happy when she found out Josh was cheating on her in a homosexual relationship. She pulled the $100 million dollar buywall she had maintained on Cryptsy at exactly $20, and XPY started to crash. The rest they say, is history. |

At least the CEO of the other GAW is "running" a company that actually does something.
They do a terrible job of it, and don't come close to providing everything that they are supposed to, but at least some people are connected to the internet.
that's what bothers me about Jonah and all the other "geniuses" at work on GAW mining. GAW mining did nothing but collect money for most of it's existence. How could you have worked there and not realized the fraud?
