BOP inmate locator still says Homero is not in custody but I'm just gonna assume he's being punted around various facilities and not settled in yet. Which is probably great, meeting new people and all...
Its down tonight, but after clicking around on their not very intuitive website I got the same information that I got off the victims website that he is indeed in transit. Sometimes I forget. April 12th is coming up. NOTICE: On January 25, 2019, the Court issued an order setting a hearing on the96 motion to certify class and the108 motion to exclude declarations for April 12, 2019 at 10am. At this juncture, the Court will not determine before the hearing whether an additional evidentiary hearing is required. Rather, at the April 12th hearing, the parties should be prepared to discuss the96 &108 motions and address whether an evidentiary hearing is needed. If the Court determines that an evidentiary hearing is required after hearing from the parties, it shall make itself available for seven hours on one of the following dates: April 26 at 10am, April 30 at 10am, or May 3 at 10am. I can post the document later, but they spent an hour and five minutes filling out a form to certify the class action possibly. For some reason the box isn't checked that grants the certification of the class. They checked the box for advisement. I'm guessing they are still arguing who the class is exactly.

Really in the early days most didn't keep records or pay tax in 2014 it was all about new tech and a free market place. Shit most people would be to scared to admit that they actually made a profit, could you imagine the one called Volder or Russian wanting the IRS wanting to know what their BTC balances are!

If i remember correctly, Volder's real name was Tim. I remember Volder said he was trying to sell all his hashlets to get into another business venture. Homero talked him out of it. Volder got screwed bad. |
