...Most of my professional development experience is backend processing and the site reflects that. It is very secure (both for users and for us) and the data model makes problems in processing unlikely and recoverable but the site could certainly use an "improved user experience".
I understand exactly where you're coming from (I'm from the same stock; see any of my sig links). Don't get me wrong, I actually find this service to be clean and functional, but I'm glad you are open to user input. I'm also glad to hear that your first priority is security and stability. Best wishes - I haven't earned enough BTC to actually use your service yet, but it's first on my list when I do!

The bitcoind monitor which updates order status/confirmations crashed. It has been restarted. If you have an order in progress reloading the status page should now show correct status.
Updated exception handling has been added to prevent this error in the future.
Thank You,
Tangible Cryptography.

Any chance of ACH ever being reduced to $50 or at most $75? Its the only option I can use besides paypal and I dislike paypal. $50 is around what I make after 25 days or so of mining, so waiting for $100 isn't in my best interest.
And sure I can use CampBX, but then there is that fee.

Sure. Done. The minimum for ACH & Checks is now $50.

Funding Update (last updated 7/13/2012 15:00 EST) PayPal | Funds exhausted | Refunding in progress - ETA 07/16 |
Is refunding the right word? The first few times I saw it I was thinking FastCash4Bitcoins was having to send refunds (returning bitcoins to the sender). You are talking about adding funds, or perhaps reloading -- but you are not referring to "refund" in the context in which that word is normally used.

I can see how that would be confusing. I will change the text to "adding funds" to avoid any misunderstanding.

I noticed you added a fee and lowered the max amount for cash deposits at local branch, why is that?

I noticed you added a fee and lowered the max amount for cash deposits at local branch, why is that?
The cash deposit option takes significant resources both time and financial. We are now have a significant amount of incoming and outgoing cash and as such get charged a fee by the bank for cash handling (yea yet another banking fee). The reduction in the max payout for that option occurred when due to timing I had to withdraw >$20,000 cash from the company account in a single day. Yes I have a conceal carry permit and yes I had another employee go with me but honestly I don't particularly like carrying five figures of cash around town no matter what precautions are taken. As our volume grows that option needs to be a smaller portion of total sales. For example if our volume grew by 500% I wouldn't want to be in a situation where I need to pull $100,000 from the bank in a single day. Reducing the max from $5,000 to $2,000 may have been a little excessive though. I will speak with the other partners on reevaluating the max payout.

Do you get any hassle trying to withdraw that much? Do they file a SAR with each one?

No but I do call the bank 4 hours in advance and the branch I use has a large number of local businesses which do significant cash deposits. One time I was told they couldn't accommodate my request. I guess demand deposits aren't as "demand" as they like to advertise. Still the $20K was an unusual event. Normally it is much less. Even that week the total cash taken out was only ~$30K it was just bad timing that 2/3rds of it came out in one day. Do they file a SAR with each one? Probably. That is why we keep accurate books. I sat down with our branch manager and provided explanation for the cashflow prior to opening the website.

Can you do international bank wires?
Yes however the fee is $35 vs $25 for domestic wires. We are looking for a lower cost wire provider to better serve our international clients. The website currently doesn't support international wires (coming soon) but if interested send us an PM or email and we will get you set up.
