Update:

We are adding Moneybookers (Skrill) as a new payout option tomorrow.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Update:

The good news: we bought a record number of coins today.  Over 4,000 BTC purchased.
The bad news: you annihilated our funding.  I was sure the amount of funding which clearing our accounts payable account today would have lasted at least a few days.  Nope.  Smiley

I want to say "thank you" to all our clients especially the repeat sellers.   The support you have shown our small enterprise is awesome and encourages us to expand and improve.

We strive to always live up to our slogan: "No exchanges; no excuses; just Fast payouts."

I have an interesting question for you Tangible,  I understand if you don't/can't answer this, but if you can: Is this just a huge bitcoin investment for you? I mean, all this money has to be coming from somewhere. Banks just don't give out endless money (hehe).

Or are you just reselling the coins and refunding your payouts and all with that?

No.

The FastCash service is only for payouts (we buy coins and pay you the same day via the method of your choice).   Our wholesale coin program only accepts irreversible payment options (cashier's check, cash, bank wire, or western union).

Buy bitcoins directly from a trusted supplier
...
PayPal, Dwolla, Neteller, Moneybooker/Skrill, credit cards, ACH, person to person banking, cash in the mail, GreenDot MoneyPaks, and exchange codes/vouchers are never accepted.  No exceptions.

Yes.  There are individuals who would rather purchase large blocks of Bitcoins off exchange to avoid the slippage effects that large purchases cause.  The coins we can't match to direct buyers we sell on a variety of exchanges.

Dang, seems like your funds get reduced so fast.. Looking to cash out some more BTC at the moment, would making two orders of $2000 going to the same account serve the same as making one order at $4000?

If max payout is $2,000 for that payout option that means we can't payout more than $2,000 today.  So if you placed two orders fast enough you could "trick" the site and get them both submitted but we would have to refund the second one.  The website updates in realtime to reflect our funds on hand (minus any pending orders).  Trust me we would love to buy more coins but we are limited by our available cashflow and when we don't have enough direct buyers that means using exchanges and payouts tend to be slow.

The one exception is bitfloor.  They are a rockstar with prompt payments and quick customer service.  We tend to saturate their order books though.  We can only sell coins when there are enough buyers.

I just used FC4B today for the first time. The process was incredibly simple and convenient. In the past, I used MtGox/Dwolla and also BitInstant/PayPal. While both alternatives work, MtGox to Dwolla has been slow recently and BitInstant may cost you a little more. No matter who you choose to use, let's all be thankful for the services and alternatives these groups have provided along the way to make bitcoin more practical for everyone. A little competition in the market is always a good thing for consumers. Smiley

Side question for Tangible: If I choose 1 day ACH to Bank of America on a Friday morning, will that deposit likely appear on Saturday, or Monday?

Cheers!

It depends on your bank.  If they credit ACH on Saturday they it will post on Saturday, otherwise it will post on Monday.  That assumes your sale settles (6 confirms) prior to 7PM EST.

Trades which settle after 7PM EST may not make our final ACH cutoff and thus won't be processed until the following day.  Our originating bank (Bank Of America) doesn't process outgoing ACH (but they do post incoming ACH) on Saturday.  So trades which occur after 7PM EST on Fridays won't go out until Monday and thus not post to your account on Tuesday.

Whew that was a lot.  The simple version is no two banks do things the same way.  Hell even different branches of the same bank may do things differently or may not follow the rules of the national bank.  Sometimes the same branch will even process the same type of transaction differently on two different occasions.  The fiat banking world is a mess.  The best we can do it make sure to process sales in a timely manner and make our bank's cutoff for outbound ACH.

Dwolla not funded yet or already exhausted again?

Cheers for the great service, I've used it many times now without a hitch.

Not funded yet.  It was estimated to clear yesterday but never did.  We sent an email to Dwolla but haven't got a response.

I am glad you find the service easy and useful.

I used your service today after seeing your banner ad on the forum.  I did not get any confirmation emails (you asked for an email address) but I DID get my payment very quickly and the website worked perfectly otherwise.

Thank you for running this service!

Glad it worked out well for you.  We don't send out any routine email notifications/confirmations.  The contact email address is only used to resolve problems.  The new version of the site we are working out will make this clear and we will be adding optional email notification.

I hope you'll fix the web site layout soon. I've tried to use it a couple times (FF on Ubuntu). The info listed below the "select payout method" dropdown are overlapped with the field entry labels so that it's almost impossible to make out what it says there. "Order Details" overlaps on the dropdown and makes it partially disabled.

The info is all mangled and I can see the word Cutoff there but not what comes after that.
I guess I could look at the page source. This isn't new. I checked a week or two ago and it's still the same now.

I'm guessing this is a css/html coding error that assumes some width of screen and forces the block of text to be overlapped.
My screen size is 1280x800 (laptop). Whether I have a sidebar, full screen or whatever seems to result in slight variation overlap but no settings makes it readable.

Anyway, just letting you know that maybe some people aren't seeing what you think they are and for me it's undecipherable. Let me know if you want a screen shot.

I have tried to replicate the issue you are having but I can't.  What version of FF are you running?

Here is a screen shot of the site on FF 13.01 @ 1280x780
