Hi! I'm looking to use your service after spendbitcoins cut their US support. I was just wondering, on your site it says the fee for paypal withdrawals 1%. Is that the total fee, including anything paypal takes? I thought they charged 2.9%? Would my total fee be 3.9%?
We pay all PayPal fees. The amount on the quote page ("amount due") is the amount you will receive and there will be no additional fees by PayPal. I would point out we are currently out of PayPal funds. We should be reloaded by 8/10.

Got to be a record. Out of bank funds. Smokes people that was ~ 3,000 BTC in 5 hours. In 5 hours we bought more coins than were traded on most exchanges in the last 24. http://bitcoincharts.com/markets/We should have more funds this evening and tomorrow.

Probably not a record. The funding added today was much smaller. I am happy to announce we have sought two lines of credit in order to improve our working capital. We are in talks with multiple lenders and feel confident we will secure this additional funding soon. The additional funding will boost our working capital and allow higher sales volume with less outages.

Funding Status (last updated 08/09/2012 12:00 EST) Dwolla | Funds exhausted (no payout possible) | Additional funds expected 08/08 ? ? Not sure what is going on w/ Dwolla. |
You want to know what's going on with Dwolla? What's going on is that they suck ass and need a scammer tag + boycott. Earlier: "Dwolla is a shiny new startup armed with disruptive technology that will cut out the PayPal middleman, empowering people to exercise their right to exchange money with their peers." Now: "Dwolla has realized that freedom is illegal, and will spare no expense making sure that we comply with our fascist bankster oligarch master's laws designed to protect the banking monopoly and prevent simple, easy, fast peer to peer transactions. You are presumed to be doing something illegal and must prove your innocence. Because money laundering. And 9/11."

Payouts are processed in batches four times a day. What times? Or is it just whenever you get the opportunity. Is your fee always close to what it is or does it vary based on your needs? Currently it's about 5.75%, with bitstamp>bitinstant>virwox>paypal it's 5.39% for $100 transfer that takes about 30 mins total (3 confirmations is longest part), less if you do bigger amounts. I just did 45 btc for 4.5% that way. I'd rather use your service since I think bitinstant are douchebags for charging 6% when you can use their service like I did for 4.5%, but 1.25% more is too much

What times? Or is it just whenever you get the opportunity. Times vary but they are completed roughly 8AM EST, 1PM EST, 7PM EST, 12AM EST. Is your fee always close to what it is or does it vary based on your needs? The price that we purchase coins at varies based on volatility, the difference between MtGox and other exchanges, and funds available for payout. PayPal has an additional 1% fee (due to it's high cost for merchants) however many of our other payout methods like ACH or company check have no additional fee. The margin included in the sell price is currently at the high end of the range due to recent price spike and other exchanges lagging behind MtGox. I just did 45 btc for 4.5% that way. I am curious how you were able to achieve 4.5% effective fee? Doesn't bitstamp charge a 0.5% trading fee? BitInstant charge a 4% fee on a transfer? wirwox charge a 2% fee on PayPal withdrawals? 0.995 * 0.96 * 0.98 = 6.4% right?

Placed to orders yesterday one for same day transfer and one for ACH transfer still have not seen funds, any idea?
All bank wires which were pending went out yesterday and our sending bank reported no failures. A normal ACH will take 3-5 business days to post. There will be no advance notice before the funds are credited. For an ACH submitted yesterday (Wed) three business days would be Monday and 5 business days would be Wednesday. It is important to note that while the receiving bank may receive funds the same day they may not credit to your account on the day received. We have no control over the delay imposed by the receiving bank. On the other hand we had a customer yesterday report having funds in his account and available for use less than two hours after making a sale with bank wire payout option. That is the fastest we have seen, ever for a bank wire. It is unfortunate but the fiat banking world is very often a black box. We can see "our end" you can see your end but in between there is absolutely no transparency. No "blockchain" equivalent. If you would like specific details on your order please send us a PM or email ( info@tangiblecryptography.com).

Does netspend allows you to load it from ACH (Direct Deposit)? If you login to your prepaid card's online account you may see an option for funding by ACH (Direct Deposit). If you do we just need the routing #, account #, and bank name (may not be NetSpend).
