UPDATE: Problem solved. Human error, one digit of the code was entered incorrectly by whoever does it on the website. Thanks for fixing this quickly.

Sent an e-mail. Bought a $100 MoneyPak and the code isn't working.
There was a typo in copying code from card to our database. Corrected code sent. I wish MoneyPaks were as advanced as paper Bitcoins with checksums and QR codes. |

We had $7.18 left in available funds but the minimum is $20.00. That likely should be made more clear. The simple version = "we out of the moniez!" On a more serious note, we should have more funds available (bank, dwolla & paypal) tomorrow. |

Update:
We are discontinuing OKPAY effective 10/5/2012. Any existing OKPay orders will be paid as normal. While there is demand for OKPay the volume simply doesn't warrant the allocation of working capital. In order to better serve our clients, we will continue to focus on our core deposit methods and reevaluate OKPay in the future.

All MoneyPak orders have been paid this morning. If your order is still showing unpaid send a PM with order #. Generally MoneyPaks are paid within a few hours. Still even at Tangible Cryptography the humans do need sleep. I guess the estimate could be changed to "2-4 hours unless nobody is awake at the time the order confirms at which point it will be a few hours after the first human wakes up but I don't think that will fit in the box."  |
