As I understand:
1) Dividends were usually paid till 25th of the month after the quarter.
2) Q3 dividends for shareholders that have Ambercoin is over 70k $, but the company's profit is over 900k $ - so company should pay not only 70k but all 900k (mostly for traitional shareholders  - not having Ambercoin) - thats why company decuded not to pay us dividends - all shareholders are equal. Company needed that 900k for investments.
3) Hope we will receive dividends soon...

As were mentioned 2 pages ago: "Question about Q3 dividends is going to be considered by company's management next week".

Well that's good. But it would mean the dividends were paid 2 months later then expected. I know you got good intentions.
But no company ever.. would consider doing something like this to their shareholders. Especially if business is going well

Just Google delays dividends... You'll see lots of companies have done this, big companies across many sectors.

Late dividends are very unusual. No dividends very common.


There should be a decision between those two going forward:


A) Dividend payments paid till 25th of the month after every quarter

B) No Dividend payments (Situation as of now)

@ambercoindev, to help with the promo I suggest putting up a couple different sized banners on page one of this thread for members to use to help advertise on their individual sites and/or signatures? a nice looking 468X60 banner would be easy to make, and would help direct more traffic to the main website. so for example, some members might have their own exchange or other crypto related site, and could offer some free ad space, or run banner campaigns across multiple websites. the efficacy of this promo relies on news regarding dividends, of course, though previous round sales seem to belie this point.

i originally read it as a group effort thing with rewards for all shareholders if certain goals were met, but if it is an individual thing then we need unique individual referral links to the ambercoin website (which could be used to track sales). im assuming it is an individual thing considering the rewards would be rediculous to payout to a group. id be happy to run some ads if we could get a unique refferral link, and maybe some fancy promo banners (a nice gif.)
