No, Colt45, they sold WAY too few coins per 1 BTC. ICO investors have been taken to the cleaners big time. It was foreseeable and it was stated since the beginning, the regime wouldn't listen.

Which means the amount of interest Neucoin is getting is slowing down. Every time this happens, their UTXO's get smaller and take longer to stake. Eventually they'll lose most of their compounding effect, and will have around 45 days of unclaimed interest in their mega account that will disappear as soon as they try to make a transfer from it. I tried to explain this to them in that thread, but it seems they can't quite grasp the concept.

Another sign that their technical team today isn't really up to the task.

Uuuhh... nice. They've found a solution to "give" them out, but in combination with some requirement they can be sure, most of all User don't want to fulfill. Good solution for the market, but bad PR.

One question is then: How should there ever be a chance to go mainstream with a "give-out-strategy" if nobody want's to meet those requirements? Wasn't it planned as easy and fun?

I guess that was one thing good about being a presale buyer... didn't have to "verify" through phone or put my personal info down. Gotta hand it to them, that is definitely one way to prevent people from collecting their free neucoin haha
