Business is business and sometimes circumstances may change business decisions for the betterment of that business but being unresponsive to the people that pour in their support is plain disrespectful.

ok so reference is not promise (bfl style)

AM doesn't do preorders.

immersion cooling 2ph? april? no. not yet. few days to july now.

May-June for air cooling and June-July for immersion cooling. Even if you are a month ahead of the rest of us, they still aren't late on deploying gen3 in the immersion cooled DC.

boring greedy impatient people are boring...

part of me hopes that friedcat does walk away and leave the short term holders crying their eyes out (even if it does mean I lose out).. but for anyone who's been invested in AM for over a year, we know that's just not going to happen.

see, friedcat's interaction with bitcointalk has changed because his priorities have changed. He focuses on business, not pandering to a bunch of whining keyboard junkies who have pretty much no rights whatsoever. That's not to say the man's word isn't worth what it's always been, and on that front he doesn't need to prove shit. But you haven't been around long enough to accept that he's already proven himself, so you have to take your copied "bitcoiners have been scammed so many times before" attitude and paste it all over the place. Boring...

EDIT: and using the word "scam" is probably one of the most misguided things I've ever read in this thread. Go home and read about what a scam actually is, then have a sleep, then wake up and get out your exercise books and go back to school.

EDIT 2: I do wonder if some of these fudsters are just socks, or at least with an agenda...

I get the impression that there is a forum for trolls somewhere and it has all sorts of threads directing them over to the bitcointalk forum securities section saying stuff like, "Its totes easy to make those fools flip the f*6K out, lol! Get in here bros!"
I'm not too worried.

I don't think these people are trolls.
In the real world, this wouldn't be acceptable.
I think people are being reasonable, expecting May 27 would provide some kind of information.

I really don't care one way or another.  The guy has always come through.

The only things that might change is FC will not cite a specific date and the community might not put faith in a date if one is ever cited.

bick got chips and I'd bet marto did too.

am started preorders, selling chips, 0.3j/gh...

immerssion cooling and mass deployment were promised at july 2013, with hashing starting date at november (bfl monarch).

marto posted that he didnt get any response regarding chips, friedcat just couldnt spend one minute to respond becouse he is so busy... and he does not like to employ people for such things

he stopped communication with his clients around sept/oct, i know this becouse i was buying and selling am miners, more than 30,  he just treat me after like nothing. no response about cubes, blades etc.

no website/pr guy is not minor thing, it is most important thing if you are manufacturer, it decide about your sales, income and future. no customer service is facepalm too.

Maybe he wants to under evaluate the company and buyback all shares at a lower price. To stop dealing with all this nonsense.

It's actually quite entertaining seeing people here spazz out. It's so fun, in fact, that I hope dividends are not paid out for a long time still!

Asicminer should hold all dividends for a year at least!

Well lets just say I lost 32BTC from investing into this. I know its my fault so you guys don't have to blame me for taking this risk. It is a part of investing into things like this. It is just sad that it is becoming very common now in the btc forums.

I feel there should be some sort of verification with the admins or have a team here that verifies the authenticates of certain groups like this. I know it will not solve the issue but it would help provide legal documents in case something like this happens.

I myself invested well over 1 Million into multiple bitcoin companies trying to get up an running and majority of them keeps their word. It turns out the ones who have too much to handle just breaks down and decide to make a few sales and run off with it. This is all a risk that you have to take and its our faults for investing into it.

All we need is just a new system or community towards fixing things like this. I for one would pay a lot of money for people who are good with creating a team and site that can do a job like this to prevent people from doing what has been done here.

(...) to prevent people from doing what has been done here.

What exactly has been done here?

As far as I know, something special was maybe going to happen on the 27th of May. "Subject to change" and other qualifiers were used passionately. Then 27th of May came and went, nothing special happened. Is it such a big deal?

Why on earth do you assume you have lost everything?

Its a PITA that FC is late posting, totally agree there, but it doesn't mean you have lost everything.

A "community" can never prevent fraud anyway. If companies want to run away with people's cash, there are a thousand ways to do it. And by "company" I mean regulated or unregulated.

finally, fresh perspective
it looks like scam now

and some of you, circlejerks and bagholders think over it again.

no divs, but sales and mining were done
no posting either

"we are all fucked over again", in bfl style (failed gen2, overpromised gen3, no communication and "subject to change")

sad.
