... Wouldn't the board have said something if the person they were meeting with had changed/the company was sold? ...
If it was in the board's best interest, yes. Well we haven't seen board members unload shares, if they are privy to information this catastrophic, then wouldn't they have tried to unload shares before the everyman would have found out? Maybe I missed it. well, wait nvm...

If the company was going to shit and the Boardmembers knew of it, then you would expect to see 2-3 Boardmembers trying to unload atleast a couple thousand, if not all of theirs.

2 things that concern/confuse me:
- The "Exchanges" expense, with no further explanation. - Announce "aggressive dividends" and then suddenly have negative dividends.
How can you as CEO of a publicly listed company, make such run-up statements and then just post 2 links to your very vague finances that show a loss, and think it's sufficient? To me that's a CEO that no longer gives a fuck.

If it was in the board's best interest, yes. the boardmembers best interest is to have their 5k+ AM shares priced high. and higher. oh and fucking have divs. Or crash the stock. Or one of the infinite number of scenarios where share price != board's best interest.

If by "everyone" you mean investing enthusiasts and finance aficionados, and by "troll" you mean "guy who has been right on the money, each and every time," than we're on the same page Guy starts posting for the first time in AM thread in the last 24 hours = "obvious expert" Feel free to point out any of my posts where I have been wrong.

To be fair, FC has never ever been good at communication. It is just no one cared when massive divs were flowing.

How any times must it be said that you not understanding how a scam works is exactly why a scam works. If you understood, you would never fall for it.

Not the Ukyo thread, definitely the Active M. Thread. My logic in Active Mining thread has pretty much been that dividends won't exist by the very definition of what a dividend was. Since the company has and will continue along in the Red until it folds or pigs fly. I believe we had a very nice conversation about this until it was deleted. =/ Edit: Please enlighten me on how this specific scam works though. I don't think I am being roped in on scams, as I am Up in AsicMiner at the moment, didn't get caught in Mt. Gox, Labcoin ( I actually made some money flipping the IPO shares since it was so obvious about the pumping, I actually feel guilty about this ), skipped Neobee, didn't keep money on WeX or BF, or any of the other stuff. Active Mining being the only big red blot on my history, 100% fault of my own. I always look forward to your advice. =) I guess there is an assumption that the board members were paid off to not say anything about the company being bought or some other nefarious event?

In addition to this, the reality of the entire board of directors not being aware of this and then also not acting out on it is extremely unlikely. A complete change in ownership may be possible to pull off from the perspective of a BitcoinTalk forum account, however to convince / trick / bribe the board of directors that this change happened and not verbalize this information sounds more like fantasy.
And how could they know? AFAIK ASICMINER is a virtual company, doesn't really exist officially. Bitfountain is the real company, and it is not publicly traded. Are you aware that the so-called "board of directors" do not really meet face-to-face? I'm not sure exactly how they communicate, but you are assuming there's a "real company" behind all that, while there isn't. Nothing is "verbalized".

How do you imagine FC would be able to pull off such a conspiracy? Do you really think the CEO could change without a single leak from one of his friends, family, business partners (don't think I need to remind you there are a lot), board members, employees or basically anyone who knows his real identity? We are talking 100+ people that would need to keep this secret. Can we please stop entertaining this as if it is more than fantasy?

Uses straw man's argument = therefore, can "never be wrong" wat Each time I called a fail, it failed. Granted, the odds were stacked in my favor, since almost everything out there is either a scam or just some incorrigible child role-playing bznz, but nothing unfalsifiable about my predictions

Care to enlighten us on how asicminer is a scam?
