I don't understand why someone would buy the new AMHash1 fund on HavelockInvestments.com when the AM1 share hasn't had an update since May 2014. Not a single communication from the company at all. Sure, we can now see what they were up to, but you'd think they'd have time to send out some kind of update. I keep getting pings with 10 BTC inserted into the AsicMiner address on the blockchain, but see no dividends or explanations of any kind.

That's like saying that you don't understand why someone would buy a Prisma because AM shareholders haven't received dividends for a while. AM shareholders are simply irrelevant to that decision. The main reason why people would buy a Prisma or AMHash are the same - they offer the best value for money.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

The IPo and stock proce don't worry me. I want FC to address the obvious change in operating plans since he announced that dividends would be aggressive.

@rockxie Could you please ask FC to give sign of life if not straight forward updates?! He has let AM shares crashed without blinking and now there is another IPO out of the blur?! Thats not professional. Thank you.

What you are worrying about as "another IPO" is actually just another product from AM for customers to purchase. If it makes you feel better, think of those shares as the new USB sticks.

I believe the price for 1 GH/s = $0.51 + 1.89*10^(-8) USD per second.

(1.89*10^(-8) USD per second = $1.63 per day per TH(?))

Nope, thats not the problem. Im primarily an AM (and Fc) supporter. But the thing is, the share price of such ipo is just gonna tank because the divs will eventually fall back to none as the gear becomes obsolete (kinda deja vu dont you think?) And then what? New ipo?

+1
I don't get why this is so controversial. It's 100% good news for AM shareholders.

So it's $1.63 per TH/s per day?

I believe the price for 1 MH/s = $0.51 + 1.89*10^(-8) USD per second.

Wait it's GH/s not MH/s this is sha256 not scrypt! Lol!

So $1.63/1000=$.00163 per gh/s

That's mad cheap!!!!

0.049$/GH/month. Over twice cheaper than PETA or CEX.IO for example. At least PETA shares are twce cheaper, while cex is twice more expensive than AMHash.

Exactly. Im still waiting for the benefit of gen 3 as an AM shareholder. Where has the selfmining gone? What about franchisees? Plus How much do you think 5ph is gonna be worth when the exahash kicks in?

FC is busy for Prismas production and BE300 these days,He will update soon when he is a bit free I think. All of AM guys are working hard as possible as they can as I know. The profits are kept for Prismas and BE300, as we know, there are lots of BE200 that are waiting to be produced to mining devices, and this needs money.

AMHash project is absolutely a good news for AM shareholders.

I think a word of praise is due:
- AM is really killing the competition with this offering.
- AMHash gives AM another avenue to sell their chips as efficiently as possible. They already have/had: chips sales, device sales, franchised mining, and self-mining. This is a really good idea.

Glad to hear that FC and AM / RM are working hard.  Hopefully there will be some kind of financial report soon.

@rockxie

Are you still involved with AM and AM sales?  Or did you leave AM to focus 100% on Rockminer?

Actually,I'm always have good relationship with AM,the reason I started RM was that AM was planning to be an ASIC chips company. But you know, things were not as good as we thought. RM now are going to cooperate with AM in many parts, such as marketing,sales,R&D...etc.More details will come out later.
