I have tried several times and failed. I checked your link and I could verified that too. But while I tried to copied and pasted then I could not verify. Then I tried to copy each line from you and I noticed the mismatch is OP posted -----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNATURE----- and it should be -----BEGIN SIGNATURE----- to verify via brainwalletx.

Ledger Live has a terribly limited interface. Something as simple as creating a new receiving address isn't even possible. But it can be linked to Electrum. That puts Electrum in read-only mode, and you'll need to sign transactions on the Ledger. Try it if you haven't used it yet, you should be able to sign a message from Electrum. It also gives you back coin control.

Yes, it works, verified using brainwallet, but you need to include the date today on your signed message.
