BBR was fading fast before the SuperNet announcement. It was falling out of the top 100 on CMC. If anything the SuperNet alliance has helped BBR. Do you want to go back in time? If your so smart then why don't you lay out a plan for BBR to be successful. At this point in time and under these current conditions, being a core coin in SuperNet is a good thing. BBR was unable to get any traction on it's own despite being the most advanced Cryptonote coin with the best dev. I think the best thing would be for CZ to get this information out there as soon as possible regarding Supernet and BBR. As soon as I have an understanding on what is going on with BBR and what plans there are going forward I am ready to donate even more BBR and BTC to the developer. I hope that this drama is resolved sooner rather than later. I also think that Supernet is a great opportunity for BBR and one that should be taken. As far as funding and marketing is concerned, there are ample BBR supporters more than capable of these tasks. So it's time for people to put up or shut up. The last dozens of pages in this thread have been nothing but crap about name changes and soap opera like drama. This shit needs to end. What needs to happen now is people need to get behind CZ, help support the coin, and donate or help raise funds for development. I'm sure there are many others that feel the same way I do.

We all know how hard the BBR team has been working. Due to their efforts, what is happening in the markets has been made possible. We need to make sure the BBR team can concentrate on improving BBR with 100% of their powers.
Way back earlier this year, I was in the same situation of worrying about money and I was seriously considering getting a real job to pay the bills. Needless to say my productivity would have gone way down and, well I wouldnt be where I am today. When some of the big NXT whales found this out, they gave me a "job" basically to keep doing what I was and they took care of my basic living expenses.
This helped enormously and got me into a superproductive mode.
Now I find that the BBR team is not even asking for more funds, even though they sure can use it. There was no premine and we can all see that the 1% of emmission is not so much. Maybe in 6 months to a year it will be plenty, but until the 1% emission can pay for the basic living expenses of the BBR team, the BBR community needs to chip in. This is just temporary until BBR value is making the 1% emission enough.
Think of the wonderful feeling it will be to see BBR > XMR

The thing is that we care only about votes of our community. And we don't care about what had written here by you, smooth or whoever came from whatever. So you just wasting your time here. It was mentioned that vote made for people who was supported and helped our project, our community members. This is sad that Icebreaker and teknohog, and couple of others didn't liked, but most of community supported our efforts. Just change the name and be done with it. If people sell their BBR and leave then that's their choice. This ridiculous debate over the name will do more harm to BBR than the loss of a few people. I'm not trying to disrespect anyone that doesn't want the name changed, I agree, but this has gone on long enough. It's time to move on. I didn't like the thought of a name change and would prefer Boolberry over RUNE. But I remember in the past when this discussion arose that you were adamant about the name Boolbery so I know that it is a name that you like yourself. If you have decided to change the name that you chose and has meaning to you then nobody should stand in your way. You launched this coin so I think that gives you the final say in this matter. I would also like to ask those that don't want the name changed what contribution to BBR have they made other than mining/buying/trading BBR? Have you donated anything to the dev fund? Have you done anything other than profit off this coin? Have you noticed the price since some additional people have gotten involved in BBR? There is more to a coin than just a name. If there are ideas that will further move BBR in the direction that we would all like to see it going then I am on board. So I think you should make an executive decision, change the name, and get back to developing this coin without these distractions. |

What's that algo?
This is mining algorithm which is used to prevent pools.The general idea is that there is some additional information in each block that proofs that miner knows whole block and private key for spending coinbase transaction. That means that if you mine in a pool you can submit shares as usual and get reward for them but if you will actually find a valid block then you can send it directly to the network instead of the pool and get full reward for it. Pool may detect it and ban you but this is still may be advantageous for you. If your mining power gives you low probability of finding a block then if you will accidentally find a block it gives you more profit even if the pool will ban you for not sharing this block. If you have enough mining power to find blocks consistently then you can connect to a pool and submit shares for some time but steal the first found block, this way you can get both reward for your shares and actual block that you mined, this is like doubling your hashrate.
Given all this I don't expect that anyone will create a pool. But if someone will then I will modify whatever miner software will be used for it to implement the stealing described above, we may expect that most pool miners will then switch to this cheating version which will make this pool useless.

Wallet and mining this coin looks to be a real pain! Why is it made to be so difficult to setup? Seems like only people that are computer savvy can mess with this.
Not really. There are miners available to download and pools available to mine at like most coins. There are also some GUI implementations of the wallet. IT's just different than the usual coin that is based off of the Bitcoin protocol. I actually like the command line interface but I go back to the days of DOS and have been using Linux for years. You can find links to all the binaries and a list of pools in the ANN https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583449.msg6382239#msg6382239I couldn't find a recent tutorial and the official website information would likely cause more confusion than anything. Maybe the XMR guys are listening and will get an easy to understand tutorial put together if it doesn't already exist. Other than that, the instructions on the mining pools are pretty straightforward and they have links to the miner downloads as well. If you have a specific question you should ask it. I'm sure someone would be able to answer it for you. |

Boolberry is not growing at the same speed as btcd, btcd is growing steadily and Boolberry is getting smaller steadily how is that, I thought the queen coin of the supernetwork as btcd will look after their babies and given milk to grow up, why boolberry is getting little by little smaller? and it seems strange than Bitmark is not part of the supernetwork only cooperating and it has more than double its price. Does this not influence other coins to join supernetwork seen how boolberry is not growing as we all expected? What is happening to boolberry...btcd is growing but his younger brother seems not to have attention from its parents
Actually BBR has experienced massive gains recently. It would be expected that people would use the recent price spike to sell some of their BBR for a profit. That happens with all coins. Overall BBR is is up significantly compared to where it was just a couple weeks ago. BBR is doing fine and will continue to grow. You have to remember that BBR was as low as .00012 at the end of August. It is now .00083. Not bad gains for a couple weeks. How is that getting smaller? Now might be a good time to acquire additional BBR before it goes back up to and beyond it's recent highs. |

So are you guys just complaining for the sake of complaining? If we need to change the name the so be it. Has anything launched yet. NO! we just put up the ANN thread. So far our plan is out with the exchanges and escrow service developers to see if our coin is a sustainable and viable idea. We are not rushing out to release this coin.
Roadmap BEFORE launch.
1. Bring a rough proposal to exchange owners and escrow service owners to get some viable input.
2. Accept input from devs/owners and change our plan as needed.
3. Bring our revised proposal to developers and well known members of the crypto community for final review
4. After final review we will start coding the coin/wallets and run all testing.
5. Release the full ANN document with specs and start advertising.
As i already said. We are NOT releasing some crap coin. This is lots of long and thought out work. The team absolutely sick of all these shit coins on the markets and we plan on bringing a solid and sustainable coin with lots of future growth potential.
Well at this point you don't even have anything to release. You obviously just wanted to make an ANN so you could use the Unity name. If this is lots of long and thought out work then why isn't anything done. You suck. Scammer |

Actually. We did not know someone else already had the unity name. Our coin has a solid plan and we will be happy to change our name to something else. The team is going to put this on hold and work out a new and different name.
You dont have to scream scam every time there is a discrepancy. Also.... We have not launched anything yet. Due to our slow and meticulous launch process this has given us other things to think about. We have submitted ideas to exchanges and escrow services and we are waiting on their feedback on our idea before we move to the public part of the release. Unlike most coins on the market we are working and TAKING OUR TIME to release this coin. If everything is not perfect and the research comes back bad we have time to make adjustments before we get beat up by all the fudders in the community.
Things will have to be changed. We understand that. Have some patience and we will bring something good to the table. Sorry for any problems we have not actually caused. It may be a couple weeks before we are totally up and running but we promise to bring you something good and something the crypto community will be proud to invest into. if you have any ideas for a new coin please take some time to find me on IRC.
