Depends. You cant accuse them right away that they are the one who gave your documents. But indeed they can do that since they have it. So much better to use dummy emails in doing or connecting to exchanges since its really a good way to protect yourself from scam or attempt like that. But since Optimism is still early we can think of it as another chance but they will do that only if only necessary like boosting the community or for other enhance activity on their platform. Thats worth claiming especially its only free or gasless.  Most badges are airdrop related so if you received those project drop you can easily mint those badges. I think they arent doing any snapshot yet since they just release the debank testnet for their own network. So there must be a lot of activities coming for more testing.
