I think it depends on the gambling website on their stipulated ToS on what will happen when your account becomes inactive. There are casinos that do not have any restrictions when a certain account becomes inactive; whereas there are certain casinos that may suspend/terminate your account when it reaches an inactivity level beyond the threshold on what is stipulated. I still cannot settle with the fact that some people are still very much one way minded when making decisions. Action and reaction are equal and opposite, this still applies to almost everything we do in life. His was only thinking about his action converting for him and never thought of the effect it could have on him upon losing. Now the reaction was more than his lost funds, he destroyed his television set in the process which led to a double loss.
