1421  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits, $500,000 scam alert. on: June 01, 2023, 01:37:00 AM
Hello, just won some money and they do not wanna to withdraw it for 2days.
I made KYC and sent some AML documents what they asked. I think i still in minus on DuelBits, but they just wanna steal my money, clowns.
There is no INSTANT withdrawals. No any good support. Just scam.
do not ask about amount and etc. i playing a lot on stake&rollbit and they do better service then this "clowns"
kindly asking do not play there, better go on rollbit/stake.

Try to be patient. They are telling you to wait, with that large amount they need to verify if there's nothing suspicious on the account's activity, their system and everything. 2 days is still too early to accused them despite of answering them responsively answering your questions.

Edited your image since imgur cannot be embedded here for now.
1422  Economy / Gambling / Re: Using ToS against users normal? on: May 31, 2023, 10:21:31 PM
Changing of terms and conditions without notifying the users or gamblers is normal with online gambling websites? Then when you did something wrong or about to withdraw your money they will tell you that you don't read their terms and conditions, and you start arguing with them until you decide to read the ToS again and you find out that it's different.
Its a common law to notify its users whenever there's a chance of terms, because its like a contract between the users and business provider. If they never notify its users then the changes of the term cannot be execute or followed, and wont take effect.
Its users can file a case against the service whenever users are violated because of the changed terms so feel free to execute your rights.
Can a user actually file a case against a casino only because they didn't notify them for modifying the terms and conditions? I don't really thing that's a thing, because most of the casino platforms mention in their terms and conditions that they have all the rights to make changes, add more rules, or modify an existing one whenever they deem right, and in that way, a user doesn't have much of a say in it.
Yes, it's considered as a breach of contract. Any casino can change and modify its terms anytime they like, but they are oblige to let their users know the new terms or the new "contract", because you can disagree with it and leave the site if you don't agree the changes, like they require to agree the terms upon registration.

You can file a case if you have proof that you are not informed about the terms, the accused will be then defend your accusations. Because usually, reputed casino always informed its users by mail, it even has a banner on the site that there are changes on its terms. And they informed its users a head of time usually its weeks to seven days, because they are required to do it.

It is better you delete that link, each link is specific to each users and if anyone knows it, hacking your account is easier.
Don't get confused, the link is the access to the captcha bypass link, and not the user or default generated bypass link. The one you are talking has the alphanumeric ccode on it.
1424  Other / Meta / Re: Captcha on Handheld Device on: May 31, 2023, 04:02:53 PM
Those are depends on your browsing activity on any device, sometimes your ip address also matter, if its flagged as suspicious then you will get more captcha and its annoying. Usually, it happens to me on not regularly used browsers where my commonly used gmails are not logged.
To bypass those captcha simply go here[1] and login using the link there.

It would be stupid to store user data over a long period of time, as this could also incriminate us.
How would this incriminate you?
You know, mixers are expected not to log its user data for long period of time, doing so is considered as illicit, scam, not to be trusted, etc. although people (depends on their ethics) could consider mixers is illicit itself.

1427  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: coinzino.io scam on: May 30, 2023, 11:19:04 PM
A generic reply and reasons of a casino whenever they want to restrict an account having a huge balance, and saying they didn't take their users money, the h*ll is that.
I didn't mean that OP is sure didn't do against their terms, but they should at least tell what the h*ll is the reason behind especially when there is a huge balance on the account.
1428  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: May 30, 2023, 05:09:53 PM
KYC data are not usually save on the actual Gambling site. Today most casino use KYC service provider or AML software services, a third party where a casino partnered with. Even a casino is hacked, those data is not included, unless the provider was also hacked. But this does not applied to all existing casino.

About your question, well, most casino now asked KYC, so once you created an account and have a regular use of it with small or large amount, probably you will be asked kyc maybe not now but later for sure. Most active users in this board probably provide KYC information already to their trusted casino same as mine. But i always make sure to provide and use only a trusted and reputed casino sitesfor less overthinking about my privacy. If you don't want to provide your personal info, don't use a KYC-required casino or don't gamble because those non-kyc required casino will probably asked kyc later.
1429  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Asking CTO Jussi-Pekka Erkkilä about the exit scam of his company Localbitcoins. on: May 28, 2023, 11:49:52 PM
I don't think they will answer such confidential info in a tweet without releasing a press release first, well, only if they want to send back those lock money of their users.

They are buy fake comments and even here on bitcointalk there are paid users who are praising the fraud company.

Interesting. Care to share these bitcointalk members along with a solid proof to back your claim? they will be tagged if so.
Would love to hear this as well, knowing what LBC did to its other users.
1430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crazy Sports Betting Idea on: May 28, 2023, 11:16:14 PM
So I was thinking, isn't there a way to bet on managers who will most likely be fired by their club management before the season ends judging based on their performance?

At least sport bettors should have the pleasure of making these kind of bets too. I know it sounds crazy but that's what has been on my mind. Do you think it is feasible? Do you think sports bookies will incorporate this type of betting?
Possible but getting rigged and cheating is highly possible. Thinking that i as manager will be get fired sooner or later then a sportbook is trying to have a betting about this, then i as manager will bet for it on max bet a bookie can accept lol, because why not, i may get fired later on. But using another account is highly recommended lol
1431  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: iceriver.tech Review For SCAM - STAY AWAY!!! Another clone! on: May 28, 2023, 11:10:16 PM
They might be new but accusing a site without any strong evidence is useless, especially as a clone or a phishing site. I see they are indeed clone, my bad.

Google can't even give any enough details about them because it's only new.
I'm not saying they might be legit too, i'm saying don't try to buy to a new site when purchasing stuffs just because they are cheaper than others. Always use trusted service for assurance.
1432  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pinas magkakaroon ng stable coin on: May 28, 2023, 10:48:34 PM
Ang iniisip ko lang dito ay baka tulad ng iba na stablecoin na biglang nawalan ng value, although ang sabi naman nila ay hindi ito mangyayare.
Can you mention what stablecoins ang nawalan na ng value? They may drop a little pero never pa nawalan ng value ang ibang stablecoins sa pagkaka alam ko. Dahil most stablecoins ay backed ng company or intitution na gumawa nito, possible pa if ma bankrupt ito.

Sa palagay ko magiging patok lamang ito if magiging sikat at fully trusted ng mga tao ang company behind since pinalawak na ang scope ng mga e-wallets dito sa atin like gcash at maya which you can make at transfer from at to sa ibang bansa if cross-border transfers lang ang pinaka main feature ng stablecoin na ito.
At most likely at pag magkaroon ito ng magandang exchange where to exchange such coin on other pairs.
1433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: journey to financial freedom on: May 28, 2023, 10:41:20 PM
In January 2009 after the release of Bitcoin, the journey to financial freedom begun, i believe this is the right platform for me to learn more about bitcoin, though Bitcoin is 14 years old now, hope i'm not too late to join the bus?
Welcome aboard! There is no late joining here especially this ks not a first come first serve stuff. Try to take your time to learn and understand any stuff you want to because learning bitcoin is too broad  when it comes to this technology. Check the site below[1] for a good read.

1434  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Importing seed into Electrum, no funds? on: May 28, 2023, 01:44:22 PM
To make matters more interesting, I found another funded address (let's call it A#2) I used to initially test the wallet and BTCRecover says that the seed matches this address on m/84'/0'/0'/0/1. As far as I understand, this would mean A#2 is the address subsequent to A#1 I mentioned in my OP.

How can it be? Since m/84' means Native SegWit.
That's weird, did you double checked your seed, because if there's no funds detected on those derivation paths or no wallet address have the same on your ledger live (with funds), then it could be the very reason, or else there's something else...
1435  Economy / Exchanges / Re: With these acts, do we still believe in Centralized Exchanges? on: May 27, 2023, 11:50:09 PM
Keeping your funds on an exchange because you don't want to pay transfer fees is not the best choice imo.
It's huge misconception of everybody, in fact exchange charge too much fee when transferring coins to another wallet unless using those unpopular coin for lesser withdrawal transaction fees.
1436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or banking investment? on: May 27, 2023, 11:41:05 PM
Remember not all who invest bitcoin or any cryptocurrency succeed to gain profit, most don't, especially those who doesn't know what patience is.
Investment in banks are not profitable, sometimes you will get no interest, or even negative interest. It might sound a better place for saving your fund but it is not. Many banks can file bankruptcy and you cant do anything once they do and you will lost your money.
1437  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BetterCallRaul.it Domain Seized or Scammed on: May 27, 2023, 11:29:29 PM
Royse777 now using API to track wallet which is much better for future smooth work.
That could be a better improvement, then every mistakes should serve a lesson and a stepping stone to learn new things. Especially for an incident like this its too expensive covering your own funds.
1438  Other / Meta / Re: DdmrDdmr is surprising for meriting posts on: May 27, 2023, 12:15:58 PM
Many of us doesn't know the clue behind this, I don't know if any other person has being thinking same thing, sending him a personal message will only educate me alone but making it to be open will benefit so many others, I think the reason this forum is created is to share knowledge across each other.
You could share the knowledge you get by making a thread after, referencing what DdmrDdmr said to you via PM then, simple as that. Well, anyway, let's wait until he share his way to do things.
1439  Other / Meta / Re: DdmrDdmr is surprising for meriting posts on: May 27, 2023, 11:57:53 AM
This concern/question is more like for DdmrDdmr, i guess messaging him for give you the answer you are looking for instead of us speculating the matter, just my two cents.
1440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 51% attack on Bitcoin on: May 26, 2023, 11:57:50 PM
It's a very expensive attempt. Hundred millions of resources could be the budget of it. Who will attempt to do like that if it can be reiterate later by the community devs. It's just a "way" of that a blockchain can be changed/hacked etc. but there's no way it can be done to bitcoin blockchain as it's on it's peak of hashrate.
