I could hope they also researched on how to keep their wallet, accounts, private keys and seed safe, including how to backup it. We maybe in fast phase stages of digitalization but usually people end up getting hacked or scammed because of greediness and being know-nothing how security works. Because owning bitcoin/crypto is being responsible as managing your own bank, if you don't know and doesn't want to do those responsibilities, you would end up lossing your money over time.

my privatekey logins to crypto is encrypted with a pgp message on my gmail,I forgot the password and was retarded enough to put some random email / phone number as recovery and ended up being locked out of the account for years now im wondering if anyone serious can point my in the right direction? Already tried the online form 100s of times but is there any real help I can get from google without sending upfront payments to random scammers.
Then that's unfortunately cannot be recovered. If you don't know or have all the asked recovery options then easy to say you can't recover it. Brute force attack may be an option but if you don't what it is and how to do it, well, it's the end of it.

I do think it is a factor when your team discovers that majority of the people betted against your team. Not only do you lose morale but you also have this urge to join the bet yourself, thereby losing games more for the sake of money. I guess this is what they call "game fixing" where players are also involved in the betting process and they intentionally lose or throw the game to win money on their gambling accounts.
Its becoming to be a rigged game not by someone huge to pay to certain player but an individual decision which is more scary than people think because its the player's decision and probably its a against their sport ethics, policy of its agency and by laws related to it.

I just heard this and it sounds like a huge problem for the future transaction fees as it doesn't use any sidechain like lightning. Sooner or later bitcoin will face the same problem like the eth and other smart-contracts enabled blockchain regarding the higher fees and longer transaction confirmation.

Nothing but trust, users before doesn't see any guarantee and assurance that bitcoin will rise on this peak. If i were one of those people i will do so the same. If you will read its whitepaper you will understand why people before trusted and believe this tech.

What do you mean shiny and hearting white. I logged and active on that 3 days but i observed nothing had changed. Check your device screen if something has changed instead.

Never have taught about it but if there's a possibility for that i'll just want to get back way back in ATH in 2017 where i started here and earned much more BTC back then but just hodl it until, it decreased and still hoping it will bounce back, until it didn't happened. Lol

Nothing special, just a common blog website. But i still commend you having a good domain name, but it sounds like an exchange than a blog. But anyway, try to make it have a higher rank in google search so at least you get ROI more sooner and create great quality contents because you have higher spam score after i checked your DA/PA rankings as the effect of having an old registered domain.

This is one of the reasons why newbies has avatars because of deranking when posts from (full member account and above) are deleted either by themselves or by the forum mods.

Instead of waiting for the admin (theymos)'s response, I would recommend you to send him a PM daily regarding your case for better odds of getting attention from him.
I will refrain doing that, you can do twice or thrice a week but daily could end up spamming his inbox. Besides i guess cyrus' team is the ones responsible in recovering accounts.

So there is a site like this, any proof of the accuracy that the numbers shown in the site are correct? I see there is no source in there, or maybe just an API shows the same from sites like cmc if it came from cmc or where.

Na kung tutuusin sandali lang naman para irehistro ang simcard, ewan ko ba sa iba kung bakit ayaw nila agad gawin.
Exactly, matagal na nga ang 5 minutes, at sabihing man na little to zero ang internet sa ibang province to brgy. or sitio, eh kahit once a week labas naman for the sole purpose ng pag register ng sim. Alam ko basta sa proper town nang lahat ng municipalities eh may stable na internet data na so hindi mo i-excuse na ganito ganyan, or sadyang di lang priorities ng iba ang mag register ng sim.

Technically you're not spending only crypto since you just convert it to cash and used it whatever you did.
And, what's the link for?

I am not acquainted with Jade wallet, and this is my first encounter with it. I am intrigued to know how you stumbled upon this wallet and what measures you have taken to ensure its safety as a hardware wallet. Given the wallet's low price, I am concerned about its security.
In as much as I am looking to get a hardware wallet for myself at a cheaper rate, I should also exercise caution because doing so usually comes with a greater risk. As such, even if I bookmark this, I will probably wait for a review from one or two trustees, not any reviews online because they can probably be paid reviews, and detailed information regarding how secured the wallet is.
The firmware that will be used in this DIY HW wallet is from Blockstream jade hardware wallet itself. Blockstream is the developer of Blockstream wallet, jade HW wallet, Blockstream explorer, the bitcoin liquid and the devs who acquire/continuing the development of GreenAddress wallet. It's much more technical than other existing HW wallets and more interesting to be exact as personal project. Knowing the source code of the firmware is open source and used the same on its official jade HW wallet i assumed this is audited by other developers so it's i guess its safe, only if followed the correct instructions since its more in technicality and NOT a newbie friendly.

My apologies but how did the kucoin twitter account hack allow access to the exchange fund? Does this make a difference to everyone who has a Twitter account and cryptocurrency?
Its not the exchange that got hacked, but Kucoin Twitter account that attacker then used to share phishing link. To be precise, kucoin twitter was hacked and tweet a fake giveaway scam that leads by accessing the phishing site and got scammed. So no exchange was hacked particularly. It doesn't mention how the scam happened particularly if its the users send the funds particularly from their kucoin accounts or the scammers/hackers login to their users' account and withdraws their assets. If its the latter, kucoin should implement another security that it disabled from withdrawing in 24 hours after logging in a new device, or needs a sms, email and 2fa verification for withdrawals using a new logged in device.

Authorities doesn't even care when an exchange is hacked or mandate every exchange to block the address track the hackers' address once it deposit to an specific exchange. Exchanges do it by themselves for the community and at least help the victims to bring the money back to hacked exchange.
How much more to mixers where they are considered as "illegal" by the authorities, as if mixers will respond as well. Also i dont even think mixers follow the requests of exchange to block the deposit from hacked address because it will contradict the sole purpose of owning a mixer business.

It's like you are saying that every country needs to accept bitcoin like its one of their legal tender which is really not possible in any timeline of its existence. Well, maybe but i still doubt it will happen. If you are talking about implementing CBDC then its possible as China started it already.

Here [1] is the earlier discussion thread of this topic. Also, the expiration of TRX address has been announced as well on different email. If they reuse the old address, that is risky and perhaps lose their coins.
It will not get lost, it won't just reflect automatically and need manual actions to reflect it on the account's balance. [1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5449050.0
