Many of us tends to blame the leaders and everyone around us for how cruel the world is ,we put the blame on others anf fail to realise and see fault that comes from us and how we contribute to the menace, it is easy to point finger and yet we fail to see our own wrong doings,how have you helped others in your own community, your family ,your friend's, how do you treat people,do you take every small opportunity that comes to you to extract money from people.what is your little contribution to people around you, what can they say about you ,will it be positive or negative, do you care to see people succesful around you.
Tho the world is cruel ,what are you doing to make it a better place,are you making people around you comfortable or you making them uncomfortable
I believe in the saying that if you want to change your friends change yourself first. If you want to change the world change your family first. How impactful have you been to your immediate and extended family? how helpful have you been to your friends and relatives? how important are you in your worship place and your workplace? how helpful are you even in other organisations and on social medias or even in this forum? if you cannot find a way to help someone here in the forum by providing answers to their questions or doing other things that will help people, I doubt that you'll be able to change the world even if you are in the position to do so as the president of your country. |

Is buying land a good option? Are there not some certain risks involved in buying land? Like devaluation or inability for it to appreciate in the future due to long lasting inflation. I am just thinking about this to know if to buy land is a good idea. I need to diversify, the only investment plan I know how it works is bitcoin.
As an area become more industrialized, the more the land in that area become more expensive. The lands in an area once a village before that become town appreciates in value in the process of the area becoming town. Likewise the appreciation as it is changing from town to city. Even lands available in cities (if there are still some) also still further appreciates in value. Buying land is an investment. Thank you for your reply. It is just that land issues need good documentation and legal if you are going to keep it for long time, of not there could be people claiming the land and leading into more problems for the land buyer. That is why I am afraid of the land investment. Yes, there are altcoins that can really give you huge profit in the next bull run. But the problem is that it's hard to find which one of them. And as others have said, the risk on altcoin investing is high as compare to bitcoin.
And that's why majority here put their money on the line for BTC and then diversify their portfolio with several altcoins, those solid and not shitcoin and meme coin. The question is, would you take that risk or would you rather play it safe but still get a good profit and steady profit and not complicate things in your end?
It all depends on what works for you. Investment in altcoins is risky but not all altcoins. Eth, Bnb and some big altcoins will always be here. If you want more ROI you can go for them. But since I discovered that bitcoin drives the market and it is more safe, I have been buying as little bitcoin as I can, the mission is not to get super rich but to be safe against inflation and if I could get some more profits it is better.
