You need to send from an address you can sign a message (your tracking number) with. Coinbase does not allow you to sign a message as far as I know and you do not control those addresses at exchanges.  Transfer to your blockchain wallet (or qt) then you can sign a message and prove that you sent btc in the first place.  This protects the buyer.

Each block of 50 gets a hub as long as both the USBs and hubs are available.

It's 127 devices per USB controller.  So one could add another USB interface card to a system to handle more devices...

It's very hard to find this kind of PSU nowdays (except hunting down a used one), so you're lucky if you have one like this.  It should work great!
5*30 = 150 Watts (available)
49 ports *2.5 W = 122.5 Watts (required by 49 sticks)

all PSUs that have 25A on the 5V ATX (<-- !!!) will give you 125 Wats while 49 sticks require 122.5 (tiny difference, relatively speaking), so you need a REALLY GOOD PSU.
