1841  Economy / Economics / Re: good effect and bad effects of robots in replacing human Jobs on: February 07, 2018, 08:44:24 AM
I think the presence of robots brings a huge impact in the economic system especially production, the cost is very efficient compared to using human labor, with this fact of course makes unemployment because human jobs are replaced with robots.
The truth is that the good effects are far more than the bad effects. The bad effect is that it would affect some few levels of jobs, and basically those in the production level who are simply more like manual laborers and not those with the real profession.
Well, life is bound to evolve, so they just have to learn how to evolve with it and get to doing new things to earn a living. In the good sense of it, at least, things will get cheaper as production cost gets cheaper. Maybe time to go into farming for some people.
1842  Economy / Economics / Re: The lack of financial education on: February 07, 2018, 07:58:22 AM
It's not a coincidence that at school you are forced to learn a lot of useless things, but nobody teaches you something about money.
Even in economic school, all what you learn is how to manage other people money, not how to earn them.
The true is that governments prefer to keep people in ignorance about economic themes, so they can't really understand what kind of misuses politicians make of public money.
Lol, that is because if everyone should have the knowledge that some of these rich people have, there may not be a chance to see paupers they can send on an errand anymore. That aside, a lot of people like being spoon fed. Tertiary institutions and what we studied are just some platform to guide us in what we wish to do and be able to do it well.

In real life, there are something’s we just need to know as adults and find a way to be able to get those skills for our own good. Financial education is very paramount in our society, unfortunately, a whole lot of people are so ignorant they need it, let alone want to learn it.
1843  Economy / Speculation / Re: Coinmarketcap analysis Bitcoin & alt coin price (Daily update) on: February 07, 2018, 06:40:00 AM
Not the first time we are going to be getting bad news like this. What ends up happening afterwards ?
Take a look at all the incidents that have happened in the past, they are usually alike with this one. Now, is the time to just load up because this is one we may not even see again ?

We are getting close to the despondency stage and I would not even wait for it as this stage is just perfect. Red marks do not last for long, watch out for greens in coming weeks.
1844  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price manipulation patterns on: February 07, 2018, 04:43:05 AM
There`s no single manipulator, who is rich and powerfull enough to push the prices down.
There should be a group of big crypto whales and they sell together, forcing the price to go down. When the prices go down, all the small traders start to follow the trend, and eventually the market is manipulated.
Slow and steady decline means small panic.Fast and rapid price crash means big panic. Both scenarios can be created by manipulators.
What do you mean by "artificially bring the prices down to cause panic selling"?

I wouldn't call this decline slow, slow is over weeks but not like today and yesterday. If it wasn't a single manipulator or big whale cashing out, why are the prices going down in this manner? It looks like someone intentionally and deliberately keeps the rate constant to bring it to a point when people think it's over and freak out mindlessly selling their coins. That's what I mean by artificially bringing the prices down to instigate an avalanche-like panic selling. When the prices start crashing on their own.
You think this decline started happening two days ago ?
You need to take a look at the 1 day chart and start counting the candles from when it started showing red, may be you will understand that this started a long time ago.

Just like the OP said, it is always a gradual process, they are whales, they know what they are doing, they come together and then play with emotions of traders to make a pretty good gain from it. Unfortunately, we have a lot of weak hands and traders in crypto, so that makes it even better for them.
1845  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where are you trading? on: February 06, 2018, 02:45:52 PM
I am using Binance for now--I'm loving the flat fee which can basically go to zero if you have BNB's or lots of referral. Bittrex and Poloniex might be good before but now they have some fishy stuff going on by banning users without their knowledge,  I personally would want to  avoid that rather than experiencing it first hand.
I have heard about Binance. One of my friend trades there, he is dealing with Ethereum Classic. I don’t know why he admires this crypto coin so much but I have my account on iqoptions.com.

I enjoy working there. Bittrex and Poloniex are like the ancestors of exchanges with millions of users but I have not come across any such story of getting banned by any of the platform. If this is happening, they need to stop it before ruining their image any further.
Bittrex will not ban you unless you go against any of their rule, which one of them recently states, participating in any pump and dump will get you banned and you also have to go through with KYC to be able to get your account opened and running. Binance on the other hand is still pretty new and doing great, but that does not mean that policies can change overnight. I use these three exchanges though as I prefer to just spread my funds, rather than leaving them in just one exchange.
1846  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Market down trend on: February 05, 2018, 07:47:48 PM
Is it true that the market down trend will last until March? What do you think we can do? Hold or cutloss?
Few months ago when some people joined the crypto world, they ended up making a big mistake of cutting loss after a huge dump and a pretty crazy bloodbath during August before the Fork. Over time, the market bounced back and they regretted it.

For example, I bought Dogecoin at 36sats, it came as low as 14sats. I was part of them, sold for loss and hated the altcoin market only to see Dogecoin ended up reaching as high as 110sats in December. DO the mathematics! Never panic sell. If you have more funds, buy at the dips and swim in profit when the market recovers.
1847  Economy / Economics / Re: Will we ever live in a cashless society where cryptocurrencies thrive? on: February 05, 2018, 02:46:55 PM
The fluctuations of bitcoin or any other crypto currency will not affect our lives moving toward a cashless society. I mean this society will find an appropriate solution for their convinces if cashless society will be proving good comfort and easy transactions then one day or other majority of people will be using it. Now a days, we can see even illiterate people also using bank cards whereas it was not possible in some decades ago.

Fluctuations of cryptocurrency is working in a way like all the people will be adopting it and we may see traditional transaction methods may become obsolete. We cannot which is going to stay and which is not but the fittest one will stay with us and bitcoin is seeming as a fittest one so far.
1848  Economy / Economics / Re: How can you manage potential losses during a crash on: February 05, 2018, 08:42:47 AM
My suggestion : Use these daily crashes to your advantage. Buy more coins when the price falls with $500 and sell when the price goes up with $500 again. After trading fees, your profit will be anywhere between $450 to $490 per coin/day.
Nothing new in my view because if you are ready to face the risks against day trading then you can do at any time even we have not bought at higher prices and not facing any potential losses too. But honestly, I am not suggesting anyone to go for day trading as it is a highly risky one rather than simply buying and holding enjoy the maximum benefits of bitcoin trading.

Moreover, simply holding among any corrections/ crash down will ensure you will be having some share which will be giving you profits when market will be recovering. If you have some extra capital then you can buy at dips to get better buying rates. If you do not have extra capital then you can simply watch market and with respect to bitcoin you will be in safe hands always so bitcoin prices will surpass your buying prices to get you profits for sure.
1849  Economy / Economics / Re: You're not wealthy yet, so you're not allowed to be wealthy on: February 05, 2018, 07:53:51 AM
The rule that only accredited investors, which means people who are already wealthy, are allowed to participate in certain ICOs is senseless imo. It's like saying "YOU'RE NOT WEALTHY YET, SO YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO BE WEALTHY." Stupid society, with obsolete rules, we're living in.

Disclaimer: I'm not a US citizen, and I've not read that law

I know for a fact that this is not only limited to the wealthy people and there is nothing that prohibits people from joining this ICO even if they are not. I refuse to believe that only the wealthier can get rich and I think that its really up to us in how we manage pur resources and how we can be able to maximize all that we can earn can dictate whether we can join the upper echelons of society
All the investments programs are not only meant for wealthy people as even the people will not risk all their money in one single time. So we cannot climb wealthy people are getting wealthier due to investment oppertunities.

We need to note here ICOs are also providing opportunity to earn their tokens/coins for free of cost by participating in their different campaigns. We do not need to spend any money to contribute in their ICO in this way. So, how we can call it only wealthy people are getting wealthier. In my opinion it is completely meaningless as I am in real life experiencing this because I'm hating investing into new projects but I love social media campaigns.
1850  Economy / Economics / Re: Taxes and crypto. on: February 04, 2018, 09:39:51 AM
I think they will do whatever it takes..  Undecided Undecided
Okay! Let's see where that whatever it takes end up leading them. Sure, they are so scared about the fact that people will see their crazy tax for what it is and will see cryptocurrency as a way of screwing them back the same way they have been stealing from us over the years from paying taxes and not seeing anything to show for it while some thieves keep living large. It is painful we have to convert to fiat now to be able to make use of our digital currencies, but on a normal day, to heck with them and their tax.
1851  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices dropped, should you buy? on: February 04, 2018, 06:18:00 AM
I think btc does not have much of a future. Buy altcoins you reckon promising. Join the best ICOs.
Lol. There we go. Bitcoin is having a huge correction and voila! Someone decided to pick up the pessimistic attitude of bitcoin not having a future, and then when the bull run starts, stories will change. You think the alts will be the savior. Mind you mate, not all alts will end up doing well, as a whole lot of them will end up dying anyway, so you better be careful the one you choose, and try also not to be picking those who are already at the top.

When the prices for it fall, I try to purchase it, and I think that this is the best time to buy it and this opportunity should not be missed
Always a good time to purchase and no time better. The little swings will always still be there, no doubt, so we may still see some testing of the previous resistance anyway and for anyone who wants to take all those little bit of profits, that is there call. For now, I really see this as a moment to keep buying if you have the funds, buy more when it goes lower, and once a clear bull run starts, get in if you still have extra.
1852  Economy / Speculation / Re: Historic BITCOIN recovery. will it be 5000% next? on: February 03, 2018, 12:49:50 PM
I don’t know but as a HODLER it’s pretty upsetting seeing the price crash so much. I know it always recovers but it’s worrying seeing this at the moment Sad

It is. I also have a few coins and I'm not going to sell them now, because I'm still optimistic in long term. The recovery, however, may easily take a year...
It was that optimism that kept the old early adopters kicking it good and holding till date.
I never looked at it in that direction OP just did and for those noobs who have been crying wolf; this should possibly help them to have a reason not to panic.

It is always good to look at the long term than now, so that is what it is. After this correction, as I would not want to assume it to be a crash, but let's say what if it ended up a crash, then, the post-effect is one to expect. That huge percentage though? Hmm. I guess we have to just keep watching.
1853  Economy / Speculation / Re: future bitcoin? on: February 03, 2018, 06:43:18 AM
It does have a chance to reach higher but it won't have a better % year than last because those type of gains are out of the question.
I don't think you are right as bitcoin is going to go as high as $100,000 this year according to some speculators! This time last year many were saying that bitcoin is not going to make a good progress but you can see were we are today. I will pray we should make more progress this year more than what happened last year as the progress will help to make more confident than last year.
We have had people like him who have never believed in a huge rise anyway right from when bitcoin was even $2. Last year was a sign and no one could have thought we will actually reach the ATH we reached even though we all knew at some point that was not really a good one and market obviously needed this correction. For now, we may just have to see how things end up happening, but the possibilities of high percentage are something we still cannot rule out.
1854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Freedom for ICOs?!?! on: February 01, 2018, 04:51:03 PM
I see no mechanism which can stop fraud on the market ICO. Who will determine the reliability of the company? You propose it should do the officials? I don't believe them. The cause of ICO is associated with the fact that people do not see the possibility to provide their projects with funding. There are now investment funds but they do not satisfy the requirements of the time.
So what are we all going to do? It’s not our fault that we invest in wrong ICOs that turns out to be scam at the end, and you can never tell which is scam, you can’t tell cause it’s hard to do that. You can’t label every new ICO a scam just because most of them turns out to be scam at the end.

Even these old ICOs with reputation today, they were once on the list of new and untrusted ICOs, but still made it to the list of the best. Maybe the best solution to this is just for us all to be investing little money in ICOs and not invest too much. That’s what I have to say and I will say it again– INVEST WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE !!!.
1855  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the biggest changes in your life caused by Bitcoin? on: February 01, 2018, 04:01:52 PM
It took me away from suicide.
So sad, I have always had same thoughts on suicide, thinking I should kill myself, but at the same time feeling afraid of dying. Bitcoin really helped me, I had a lot of problems, I wasn’t able to feed myself or do anything. I wasn’t able to achieve a single thing just because I had no money, and nobody wanted to be my friend. I was being neglected by everyone, and I felt like no one needed me anymore in this world, I felt like I’m supposed to end my life… then I discovered bitcoin. I tried my first year, but through out my first year on Bitcoin I earned nothing. I wanted to give up, but there was no other option to choose, so I had to continue with it. Luckily for me, now things are changing, I’ve been able to achieve a little with Bitcoin and thanks for how far I’ve been able to go.
1856  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we all please accept.. on: February 01, 2018, 03:02:37 PM
Whether we will be accepting or not, bitcoin will not bother any government and definitely it will bounce back from any deep downfall. So, we never need to worry about the capability of bitcoins to rise from ashes. In the past bitcoin has done this so many times so I believe this bitcoin community will understand the fact about government's stand and will ignore those negative news.

At the same time we cannot do anything about bitcoin prices to fluctuate time to time because this is the way it must have to work so that it will be giving another opportunity those who are all looking for entering into bitcoin for comparatively cheaper price also it could be another simple test for our faith on bitcoin systems.

At bottom line, we cannot do anything about market sentiment. It will react to news and it will consolidate after times and it will repeat. If we notice in long-term, we are all in good progress.
1857  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to promote Bitcoin on: February 01, 2018, 02:27:28 PM
The simple yet effective way of spreading bitcoin for me must be simply talking to friends and known people. I always talk about my bitcoin saving and how much returns as I'm gaining with my savings. People are always curious about how much profit I am making and they also want to copy that which is most of the time leads to adopting bitcoins.

I do not enforce anyone to adopt bitcoin at the same time I'm not explaining more till they get convinced. I just show what I'm doing with bitcoin and how it is helping building my savings along with providing opportunity of investments. The prime key of my promoting bitcoin is, showing real time proof. People are capable of finding bitcoin prices by Google and they are usually verifying what I am showing them.

I do spend some 5 to 10 hours per week for promoting bitcoin with my neighborhoods and with my colleagues. Just talking with them in a friendly way is helping me what I am actually aiming for.
1858  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin Die because of global Regulations? on: February 01, 2018, 11:08:12 AM

Also India already setup a board for crypto regulation.

So far in India exchanges are operating illegaly and they should be removed as soon as possible by CBI. https://cbi.nic.in

Innocent people who dont know are investinginto this coin that should be not regulated nor allowed.
Is that links to any article published by CBI about their action on bitcoin or it is just CBI's site ? India exchanges are operating with all required licenses and norms, you should not spread FUDs like this. Governments may take action against your transaction of bitcoins for fiats but definitely not for your bitcoin savings. You can transact with your local people always without any need of worrying about legal issues.

Bitcoin will not die due to government regulations. Because a decentralized system will not get any significant impact due to one or few government's regulations. Technology will find its own path to evaluate.
1859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Get Rid Of Bitcoins ? on: February 01, 2018, 05:58:54 AM
Not a good idea to get rid  8)of bitcoin for ETH, I think keeping both coins is highly recommended

This is sound advice. I am a big proponent of diversifying. Btc skyrocketed a few months ago and eth did nothing. Then the reverse happened.  Now both are kind of in limbo and no one know what will happen. So holding bot is safer than just holding one  Cool Cool
Diversifying is always good but for the case of bitcoin and eth, equal percentage is not at all recommended. Because, fundamentally both are not competing each other. We can expect eth to crash down at any time as it is not having any business significance expect providing room for scammy ICOs. So, hoarding eth may lead to disasters at any time soon.

At the same time, investing into bitcoin may secure our future. We can see bitcoin prices to hit sky in coming years like million dollars also possible within next two years.
1860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins are going to change our lives? on: February 01, 2018, 03:42:58 AM
You are talking about the coin project right? which coin can change our life by its own technology? if you are talking technology, I think arcblock is the first one is going to change our life. It can make blockchain more effective and it is the future. If you are saying which coin is going to moon. arcblock too Smiley
This is the first time that I am hearing about such a coin. You have missed out to mention why that coin will change our life by what effective differences it may bring to blockchain. If you have not any answer then probably you are just talking about what you are wearing in your signatures. That is not good for this community.

I guess other than bitcoin, nothing else can change ourselves. ETH is just proving platform for scammy ICOs and other than that I am not seeing any big purposes for ETH. Bitcoin is the first revolution so we can believe into it for a greater change in our lives.
