1881  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Learning is better than Following on: February 25, 2021, 09:29:35 AM
yes i agree with that if you learn in this crypo currency you maybe successful someday by simply learning, trading and investing. following advice's about crypto currencies also good if you are new in this digital currency industry it may help you develop your skills at the same time learning from them.
Why not go both, learn and follow at the same time for maximum efficiency. Learn the trade to get experience, knowledge and wisdom that you need to become successful, follow the advise of people about their mistakes so you won't make the same mistakes that they made. It is far better that you have both learning and following in your journey because there are things that you can't get with just one. It is better if you have all the tools rather than making your own or improvising along the way.
1882  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MicroStrategy has bought more $1.026 billion worth of Bitcoin. on: February 25, 2021, 08:46:03 AM
That's a huge purchase. Michael and his company know what exactly they're doing. MS is one of the companies that has been stably buying bitcoin, a dip or not. There's also news for it from CNBC.
It is a huge purchase but it is also a good one because they bought more bitcoin at with the same amount of money that could have purchased less back when it was around 58k. They are stably buying because they are getting profits from it, AFAIK Microstrategy is an investment company so they buy bitcoin so they can have more and have the ability to move the market.

They really are a persistent bunch, having create another website after having their 2 previous website taken down means that they won't be going down without a fight. I can interpret this as a sign that they are trying to fight the scam busters through attrition. The one who lasts will be the one that will be declared victorious. Hopefully they lose a lot of money from hosting this websites because afaik hosting costs a lot of money.
1884  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER colires, Remi Guile = SCAMMER WHICH STEALING MONEY, WARNING! on: February 25, 2021, 07:24:59 AM
Do you have any proof that this person is a scammer, do you have any screenshots that you can provide that that person/user is a scammer. We can't use your words to prosecute someone because you accused them without a proof. As @DireWolfM14 says, follow the format and provide the evidence. People will think that you are just degrading a person/user because s/he might be a competitor.
1885  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Most profitable Crypto Telegram Communities which provides FREE Signals, Bot on: February 24, 2021, 09:58:49 AM
If you actually do the opposite of these signal providers, they are quietly accurate. For example, if they are saying that you should buy then you should go for long because that is what those providers are doing, and if they say sell, go for short because that is what they are going to do. The basics of this signal providers is to create a controlled buzz in the market so they can profit from it, it is not insider information but you can get some money out of it if you know what you are doing.
1886  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Nigerian crypto community to smile soon on: February 24, 2021, 09:18:09 AM
They working on it I think. Not just the high profile investors but even their community to retailers will likely support the lifting of this ban. Its not ideal but Im pretty sure that it will wear of sooner cause the country csnt ignore the people's want and besides its not crypto can't help them in terms of taxation, I believe they can benefit as well through this.
I hope that they work on it faster because they are basically wasting a lot of money by banning crypto in their country. I hope that they will just put some sort of regulations or taxation so they can appease those who are against the lifting of the ban, they can't just ignore the fact that Nigeria has the biggest crypto community in the African continent.
1887  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Big Dump on: February 24, 2021, 08:30:52 AM
I'm also in a state of loss of up to 50% but not too much because I went in just a little bit. I don't think it's over yet and the market is recovering soon, hoping march is a good month.
The price is slowly bouncing back, just hodl on your coins and wait for it to go up and reap big profits. Remember the psychology of a herd, when panic happens, it spreads really fast and the one who will not be affected by it will be the one to rise on top. I am disheartened by the dump in the prices too but I knew better than to sell the bitcoin that I am hodling right now because I know that this has happened back then and now look at the prices.
1888  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: vareole is a scammer i have evrything to can prove !!! on: February 23, 2021, 11:32:13 AM
later today i will post all
It is already a day and you haven't posted any proof yet, we know that who you are accusing is a scammer so if you have any evidence that he is then how come you didn't put it in the OP?
1889  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam Alert] Onward.capital Ponzi scheme, offering 1.7% profit daily. on: February 23, 2021, 10:51:22 AM
This ponzi website is still being promoted by many promoters. They only promote such websites for the sake of getting commission. Now that so many new investors are coming to the crypto market, they want to use this opportunity to scam. New investors need to understand that there is no shortcut to quick profits, and those who promise to return such profits have bad intentions.

Tweet Link: https://twitter.com/Oscar_liane/status/1362034125952212992

That promoter is a fake, if you look at the handle, it is misspelled as liane but the last name of the person is Laine which could potentially be a case of identity theft. This is not being promoted by real people and if there is a real one, I think that we will know it. Anyway, good catch.
1890  Economy / Reputation / Re: A Single User With Multiple Accounts: Are There Reasons For Them Being Accepted? on: February 23, 2021, 10:00:41 AM
Rules of some campaigns include that having an alt is unacceptable.
~
That's not true. Anyone can make an alt account, and nobody will hold that against you unless you do shady things.
Well, I don't see any threads that encourage and if someone is suspected, everyone goes in a witch hunt.
~
Please name some examples of alt abusers who get away with it.
@hilariousandco has an alt that is enrolled in a signature campaign as you have said in your previous reply that sparked this argument with me. I hope that you wouldn't mind that I am arguing with you. I wouldn't say that @hilariousandco is an abuser.

Even hilariousandco/etc joined 2 different signature campaigns. I don't see a problem with that, as long as it's not done in secret. And that secret part is the key: if you know what you're doing wouldn't be accepted if it came out, you shouldn't be doing it.
1891  Economy / Reputation / Re: A Single User With Multiple Accounts: Are There Reasons For Them Being Accepted? on: February 23, 2021, 08:43:47 AM

Isn't that obvious? If you take my car without my consent it's stealing, but if I tell you you can take it it's okay.
As long as a campaign manager knows about it, they can take an informed decision whether or not to accept your alt account.
I don't think that it will be the case, if the manager knows that you are an alt account, there is a 100% chance that you are not going to be accepted in that campaign. Your analogy is good but we all know that in this forum, if you have a proven alt account then you are shunned for it. Exceptions include if you are in the club and you know the right users.

1895  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Indymoney - loan default on: February 17, 2021, 10:39:08 AM
it's been a long time, I guess there is a problem with a big jump in Bitcoin value, from $12k in October to $50k today.
did you not have any contact about debt payment? I see Indymoney is active and participate in the signature campaign, even if Bitvest one of lowest payment campaign, he earned much more than he owes.
If @Indymoney is active in a signature campaign then shouldn't he/she should've prioritized paying the debt a long time ago. The problem with this is that the lender doesn't have any leverage against the person that asked for the loan and all @Royse777 gets is a sob story. One story is enough but the second and other incoming stories are not a good indicator that you are honoring your loan. If @Indymoney does pay the loan, I think that a neutral trust should be left behind at best, so as prevent this kind of behavior from happening again.
1896  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Be ware mindsys.ai is scammer on: February 17, 2021, 09:02:23 AM
No you won't get your money back, ICOs have been obsolete a long time ago and there are only a few rare working ones to this day. This is an expensive lesson in my opinion and I hope that you would consult in this forum before doing anything like this again.
1897  Economy / Reputation / Re: ChipMixer directly enables Scammers, Drug Dealers, CP, Terrorists, Tax Evaders.. on: February 17, 2021, 07:41:44 AM
I find this kind of thing a little bit on the gray area, on one side, people are helped because they earn money at signature campaigns of Chipmixer and the people are free from the prying eyes of entities threatening their finances and on the other hand, I do hate that mixers/tumblers are used by this despicable people. I tend to lean on advocating that a certain transparency would be added to mixers/tumblers because as much as I want the freedom to everything, I don't want people to abuse it and not being held responsible for their actions.

Isn't that unfair to the busted signature campaign farmers? Because they technically have the similarities with the users mentioned above. Most users in this forum frowns on the idea of multiple accounts which makes this farmers be ashamed of what they are doing but there are some users that are tolerated. So what @LoyceV is saying is that it is alright to have multiple accounts doing signature campaigns as long as the forum knows about it? I know that it sounds like I am fighting @LoyceV but I am just asking question because what I believed to be wrong is right for a select few.
1899  Economy / Reputation / Re: condoras and vod colluding to scam others. on: February 16, 2021, 02:51:23 PM
Gotta watch out for impersonators on telegram--I'm not sure that's what's going on here, but someone was trying to impersonate me last month and managed to scam someone out of a few bucks if I'm not mistaken.
What I was suspecting in the first place, Telegram is a scammers paradise so I think anything can go there. As much as anyone and I want to believe OP's words, proofs are needed and that will be difficult because besides proof, you need to confirm their identity so as to have them make more excuses. Also, OP is accusing @Vod which will be difficult because @Vod never backs down when he knows he is right, he has some enemies in this forum so he won't be backing down on puny accusations.
1900  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rise of Bitcoin, Fall of Dollar on: February 16, 2021, 01:54:36 PM
Well yeah, that's what it is, it can't be 1 bitcoin equal to .1 bitcoin. The rise of bitcoin doesn't necessarily meant that dollar is falling behind, isn't most bitcoins bought using USD. The increase in prices is because of supply and demand in bitcoin and not dollar falling behind.
